They need to be taken before 12)))) They say the courier has already left and this, attention, is my problem! "You have to come before 12."Half of the tests are not done, the girls at the reception do not seem to reflect reality at all and what they say is impunity and irresponsibility. It's scary to imagine what's going on in their lab if there's already such an inadequacy at the entrance. I don't recommend it if you value your time.

I go to the door and they have a sign for repairs!!! Everything is open and working on the maps… Learn how to do it, it takes exactly 30 seconds! I had to go to Mstislav ... and well, minus 20p for a taxi in the piggy bank, except for the lost time.

I would like to express my gratitude to the employees of Sinevo at Independence 91 (Minsk) for their professionalism, politeness, humanity and restraint. First of all, thanks for the notification at the entrance that many employees are on sick leave and queues are possible. Secondly, despite the obvious workload, thank you for the quick work, service and for clarifying all the issues that arise both from the girls of the administrators and from the female doctor who took the tests. Thirdly, for a calm reaction to the extremely inappropriate behavior of one of the visitors of the medical center, who was clearly not herself, complained about slow work, without listening to comments and explanations (including from visitors). The woman was, to put it mildly, not in an adequate position, because a normal person would not break into a doctor's office during the sampling of tests!!! P.S. It was also nice to hear how the receptionist girl in good English calmly and as confidently served a foreigner as the rest of the visitors. Since this is not yet a universal norm in our country, such an additional skill is respected. ;) Thank you all for your work! And good luck in your career! Synevo, you know how to select employees and build a job!

This is the first time I've been tested in my life! I came to Independence 91. And I have never met such kind and caring staff anywhere. Everything was explained, told a few times. When they took the tests, it became bad (I always react this way). The doctor helped me, gave me time until it got better. All the medical staff took care. I definitely recommend this place!

I tried to take PCR in this laboratory. I registered in advance, paid, did not come at the last moment, stood in line for 3 hours, but I could not pass. Registering in advance did not speed up the process in any way. At first, I stood in the cold for 40 minutes, then in the vestibule and the corridor with zero distance, where a person on a person. At some point, the queue suddenly split into those who registered / did not register. But for some reason, the queue without registration moved many times faster. Then what is the point of registering in advance? I do not recommend taking PCR here.

It's the same thing every time. Employees and laboratory assistants do not behave predictably. If you have iron nerves, you can visit this branch, otherwise it is better not to apply. To be sure of my review. I always take tests at Synevo, but in different branches (for example, Matusevich 58). It is for PCR, COVID-19, that I come to this branch. I have never had a problem with other branches and have always felt like a respected customer. It is a pity that the administration does not observe a lone person everywhere for all this.

Thank you very much! I took tests today (05/25/21) I really liked Independence 91! The girl who took blood at about 11.40 is incredibly professional. I felt almost nothing, and for me such manipulations are usually very sensitive and painful. She is also very positive and therefore charged with a good mood. Joking and laughing) It was great. That's how taking tests can also be a pleasant activity) There are also very good girls working at the reception. They advised me which block of analyses to choose and patiently treated my forgetfulness) First I forgot the card for payment (I was returning), then my scooter, then my jacket… In general, an adventure) Taking tests can be not only pleasant, but also an energetic activity! I took tests on Independence 91, firstly, moving along the navigator, it is impossible to find the laboratory (personally, I used Yandex and Google maps, the entrance place is probably indicated, and the building itself is long-lasting), for me in a painful state, with a temperature, in a snowfall, it was torment. The next disadvantage is the work of the receptionist, no organization, interest in ensuring that the client remains at least with a normal impression. The analysis procedure itself went well, no complaints. I will no longer come to your laboratory, because it is not the first time that there is a residue from the disorganization of the process, the receptionist is always angry, the feeling that I went to the state organization for free.
