Very long service at the reception. 2 people were admitted in 20 minutes. And all because one employee works and registers people, and the second one goes back and forth and packs things at her workplace. I was very disappointed, because I didn't have time to do everything on time before work, but I came to the opening time and there were only 4 people in front of me! Despite the fact that I paid for the tests on the site in advance, but what is the point if there is still one queue, and they work there the same way as in the clinic and do not value customers' time!
