The medical staff is gorgeous! But, the administrator at the point spoils the whole overall impression. He will never say hello or goodbye. There is no smile from the word at all. If you ask her anything, she doesn't know anything. The last time I was in the lab, I helped a visitor make coffee instead of the receptionist. (an older woman and it was difficult for her to deal with the coffee machine herself). And, the receptionist was sitting at the reception desk with medical registrars. And when I asked her to help the client with the coffee, she stood up and snorted with displeasure, which they themselves need to do.

I recently visited the laboratory and I can only say positive things about it and about the people who work there. I visited in the morning, people were present, but the queue passed quickly. The staff is very friendly, everything that needs to be explained and shown. They took blood quite painlessly and quickly. The results were said to come in a couple of days, but they came in the evening of that day. After the change, they gave a useful snack and a code with which you can choose any coffee from the vending machine. Therefore, I recommend this laboratory 🥰

In an ordinary polyclinic, it is always stressful to take it, they will comment on the pallor of the skin (natural) and accuse her of not being able to take blood adequately (neither sitting nor lying down, nor all together who is there), and then a bruise on the floor of her hand. And in SINEVO they took it perfectly, quickly, no bruises, no pain! And most importantly, no stress. They also gave a delicious meal without sugar! and a coupon for coffee (or hot chocolate) from their vending machine! Which is very valuable, because blood is given on an empty stomach and many people go to work and may not have time to eat!!! I definitely recommend it! I plan to go there only now! It's a pity that they don't have a doctor's appointment.
