A wonderful clinic, very bright, clean, tidy The staff is wonderful: starting with the medical registrar (I don't remember the name, unfortunately, but I remember the cute surname Cabbage) and ending with the laboratory assistant, who treated me very carefully and attentively as a patient. She talked through all the manipulations, clarified about the fear of blood donation and allergy to the patch. I made the fence carefully, quickly and without pain. And in the end, they also lifted my mood with a delicious baby puree and fragrant coffee. Definitely 100/10 👍🏼 The blood sample was taken at 7.00, and the result came by e-mail at 00.30 And all this for a ridiculous price!!! I will definitely come again if necessary. Thank you so much for such service!!!

A small and cozy branch of Sinevo (now renamed the Russian Helix). there are almost never queues, which makes it possible to quickly register and take tests. A very good-natured nurse deserves special attention. I had a terrible purple bruise and a lump on my vein after passing a pile of tests at the state hospital, I even fainted (a very young and inexperienced girl took blood), which did not pass for a long time, so this nurse here, without unnecessary talk and requests, decided to inject herself into another vein so as not to injure the one that She was riddled with needles in the hospital. She works there alone, as I understand it, and I always get to her shift and it's always only positive emotions, because never, even with a bunch of tests, I get bruises - she works very delicately and always with a smile. also, a baby puree as a bonus is always a pleasure. I hope that after the renaming to Helix, the quality of services will not slip.

The staff is nice, the nurse is the best I've ever been to (I'm very afraid of needles, but I was almost not afraid with her, she tried to talk me down and calm me down). Buns, purees and coffee are also very pleasing. It is very convenient to monitor the readiness of the analyzes (they send a message that the analyzes are ready) . In short, a very good place and so everywhere, I rented in different cities and the opinion about this place does not change.

An excellent laboratory, as well as all the departments of Sinevo in general. The staff is polite, the tests are done quickly. It is located within walking distance from the railway station. It seemed to me that not only the reception center is here, but the laboratory itself is located here, which is probably why the tests were ready quickly.

I arrived on March 7 in Sinevo on Dzerzhinsky 119 to take a general urine test first of all, and for sensitivity to AB.I told the receptionist about it.As a result, I was only tested for sensitivity ..but for some reason they didn 't do a general analysis ...As a result, I lost so much time and the disease only worsened ...The staff should be more attentive and listen to what a person wants to hand over - and not respond like robots...it should be borne in mind that doctors do not come to them ..and ordinary sick people ...I am very sorry for the lost time ...Disappointed ...Before that, I always took tests in Russia - everything was fine...and the administrators are sympathetic ...and here, as before, sellers in the Soviet Union-they sell the service and that's it..

We arrived at 9 a.m. on February 13 to take a PCR test. People (more than 10 people) are kept outside in the cold! They are allowed into the room one at a time, so that there are no more than 2 people in the point of sinevo! People stand in the cold for half an hour, and there are several pensioners in the queue, my mother is 72 years old. There was no answer to the question of how this is possible, because even according to the layout, your product can accommodate at least 6 people. It feels disgusting. If the alternative were closer, they would have left and not froze.
