It's a good place to take tests, the results come quickly. However, when there are a lot of people in the morning, there is nowhere to stand inside. A very small room is rented. As it is, the specialists are good and the location was chosen well. It is especially successful for people in the nearest houses. It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk from the bus stop to the point.

The reception staff does not inform you about the days and time of collection of biological material. When buying containers for the collection of material, they gave instructions on the collection, but did not say on what days and hours biological material is not accepted. As a result, wasted time on the road, collecting material and money for containers that can only be purchased from them. In response to my claim, the cashier got into an argument and said that I should have found this information on the site myself. Question to the administration: how does your office differ from a state polyclinic with such a low customer orientation? In my opinion, such simple things should be informed at the first request.
