A wonderful laboratory! Wonderful staff! We went to donate blood with a child, we had to donate blood from a vein. The son did not even squeak, although he was very afraid. Everything was explained, psychologically adjusted, everything was done carefully and with understanding - top-level specialists! And after the ball, the puree and the Hot drink pleased him so much that the child declared a desire to come again to donate blood here) It is convenient that the test results come by e-mail.

If you want to spoil your mood early in the morning, then you should go to Helix in Novopolotsk. Administrators don't know what a respectful attitude is. It feels like I've come to their house and I want something. But the provision of the services themselves is excellent. There are others in the city. That's where I'll go next time. But I don't advise anyone to come here.

A wonderful medical center, very attentive, responsive and kind staff. There are a lot of people , but everything is neat and fast . We were tested with my husband and a newborn child. A girl came up twice and offered to feed the baby (for this I was taken to an office where there was a couch and I could sit there with the baby). Everyone was given a barcode for free coffee and tea (the device is located right inside the center) . After passing the analysis, my husband and I were given baby puree. Considering that the cost of the analysis is very small, we drank coffee and ate mashed potatoes. Thank you so much for the quick result, which was immediately sent to your email (less than 24 hours after the analysis was completed).

Why did you cancel a wonderful thing - the priority of the pre-order in the queue! And there was a discount, and it was possible to pass quickly without waiting in line, especially if you are in a hurry to work. I had to wait in line for 40 minutes. I asked the receptionist - not all visitors understood about the pre-order. Well, people are generally not inclined to thoroughly understand everything. That was the point - whoever spent their time, figured it out, is the one who takes priority. And if you need additional information from the registrar, wait in line. In general, Helix stood out for this, now he has become like everyone else.

Because of the Helix laboratory, our family has suffered a huge psychological trauma. According to the results of the tests, a 3-year-old child should be urgently hospitalized. After retaking the analysis in another laboratory and in the sanitary station, it turned out that the child was healthy. Helix does not acknowledge the analysis error and does not apologize for the moral damage. And in addition, the analysis costs 2 times more expensive than in another private laboratory.

They greet you when you come in, politely answer any questions about prices, deadlines, and are interested in how you feel after taking tests. The nurses are all wearing masks, gloves, as they should be. The tests are taken in compliance with all the rules, painlessly, they enter the vein from the 1st time. There are also surprises for children. ., which is very cool.. The results are always ready by the agreed date, you can come and pick them up at any convenient time.
