Hello everyone. I have already reeled in about 17,000 mileage on this carsharing. I don't even consider other carsharing, only if there is no car nearby and you need to get to it somehow ;) In fact, it is striking that at the lowest prices on the market, they also have the most adequate service. These guys obviously know a lot about customer orientation:
- clean and well-maintained cars.
- Round-the-clock support, with answers sometimes, in a minute of treatment.
- Yes, and just a human attitude.
Of the minuses, there is probably nothing to note, nothing comes to mind.
The only thing is, there are a couple of wishes or something:
- Make it possible to extend tariffs independently. Firstly, it is more convenient, and secondly, it will reduce the load on the TP.
- Reduce the minimum age for renting trucks by at least one year. I don't know about the others, but in my 20-22 years, I have already faced situations many times when I needed to transport/deliver something bulky and had to use Ya.Delivery. You pass by experience, but not by age (

Hello everyone. I want to share my personal experiences and impressions when interacting with Hello carsharing.
I'll start with the fact that I prepared for the trip in advance (because of the hill) and always received clear answers to my questions via messenger (I love feedback).
Call center advised me both at night and early in the morning, operating a car (I hate it when my time is wasted).
Let's move on..
The car platform is the next thing I noticed, that is, you can take a Hello for any needs and purposes (this approach even makes you think "What kind of car should I rent?"
I chose the most recent in years and roomy (there was a lot of luggage).
I will end with another argument that made me write this review.
The Hello team is able to solve non-standard issues (since my case turned out to be such) and customer loyalty had a place to be!

I think this carsharing is the best, but! It is somehow slightly absurd to raise prices because of Decree No. 32 (it concerns taxis) for 30-60-120 minutes of rent. There was a lease start from 3.9BYN - now from 5.9BYN. A 51% increase. Pay attention to this.

The driver has no violations, driving experience is more than 40 years. The answer about the reason for the refusal of registration is not provided. Your balance can not be found out except by calling technical support, hence situations arise when you park while using the service and then block access (for the time of parking the car may be in another city or not according to the rules to stand temporarily, you can not leave there, but you can not overtake. You pay by bank transfer for more money, you wait, all this time money is dripping for an unavailable service, you communicate with boorish technical support. Acts for accounting are not given, as in other services, clearly and transparently after a trip. When you pay in advance so that such a situation does not happen again, you take a car an hour on the way for business and everything seems to be fine, but as soon as you put the lock on the parking lot again, you call tech support, they can see manually make payments after the call, the work stops for 20 minutes for which you will also pay. But as soon as they dialed from an unregistered number, the connection with the operator occurred after 3-4 rings. and this is not an isolated glitch of the program. the story of delaying the closure is constantly happening. Either you are outside the border, or your rear doors/trunk are not closed (which initially no one touched or opened).

I want to say thank you to the Belarusian Hello carsharing. We took a subscription for 9 hours (31 byn), mileage is paid separately (for VW Polo 0.39 byn / km), but gasoline is included. We went to the castles in Nesvizh and Mir. (you can finish the lease only in Minsk). There were 3,200 Russian rubles, including a discount on the first trip of 6 byn (promo code XTBUKN). I registered back in Moscow (they asked for a Belarusian address through the mail, agreed to specify the address of the hotel,) linked a Russian Mir Yellow bank card. Another popular carsharing in Belarus does not bind our cards to the WORLD.
Special thanks to HELLO for charging and a phone holder, there are very few such little things in Moscow carsharing, there was also a booster in the car for the child (we did not need it).
Support also responds quickly, there was a question about the toll roads of the Republic of Belarus, they quickly prompted everything.
