I've been to the stores of this chain twice. The first one was for the Winners. To say that you didn't like it is an understatement. The consultant is weak, there is no interest in selling, he got upset and just left. Everything changed when I went to the salon on Pervomaiskaya. I was choosing my first speaker system. I've read a lot, watched a lot of reviews, but I've never listened live, so I decided to stop by on my free day to listen to what I've seen on the Internet. We were lucky and were met by a wonderful consultant, Vladislav. I described to him my requirements and the conditions of the acoustics location. He immediately said that what I chose would not work. And at the same time, he connected my choice without any problems and gave me the opportunity to make sure that the consultant was right. Then Vladislav patiently began to select and connect different acoustics so that I could choose exactly what I needed. As a result, after spending two hours in the salon, where I stopped just to "listen," I came out with a huge smile and a trunk full of acoustics. There is no limit to perfection in acoustics, so next time only here and only to Vladislav! It's nice to be a customer of a good seller.

SO I ADVISE YOU NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM THROUGH THE WEBSITE, IT WILL ONLY BE WASTED TIME. As a result, after searching the vastness, I found similar ones on all the well-known site, I wanted the r1100, found the r1280t 30p more expensive but a little better, ordered it and tomorrow they will most likely deliver them

There is a huge selection of high-quality acoustics and equipment for those who understand. And for those who need something cheaper and simpler, it's better to go to the 5th element or something similar. The staff is competent and friendly. I left a request, I got a quick call back. They gave the phone number of a person from their own store. Vladislav is a true professional in his field. I helped with the subwoofer to figure it out, I didn't have to do anything with it, which saved money and competently selected the center that was on the action. By the way, we provided the central column to test. After listening to it on my system, I arrived and noted the warranty. Well done guys! Despite the fact that the area of the store is not large, there is a good choice for different tastes and colors. Quality is not discussed, as they say, you pick up a thing, you make a thing! And in the music equipment store "Hi-fi Sound Salon", if not a thousand, then a hundred speakers (speakers) will be found, and this is not counting stocks! I looked at this interesting store a few years ago. Sellers are music business specialists! Since the 17th year, I bought an amplifier (stereo receiver) there Yamaha RS-700, Yamaha vinyl player, Magnat Tempus 77 speakers, acoustic wires. Everything is working fine. So, as Valdis likes to say, "Listening to music!"

It's not the first time I've bought in this store. Always only pleasant emotions. With the last purchase (Canton speaker system), for the first time in my entire history of Hi-Fi equipment purchases, there was a breakdown. I was very pleased that I was not sent to some third-party service center, where 99% would have told me that there were no spare parts and it was unknown how long to wait for repairs... The guys from hi-fi.by We ordered the spare part directly from the manufacturer. Using their communication channels with Canton. And, less than a month later, the necessary spare part was already in Minsk, and the problem was solved.
That's all there is to it. The store has a great attitude towards customers. They didn't just sell the thing and forget. The guys from hi-fi.by We are ready to fully provide all support for your product. As a client, I have a sense of security. I know that in case of any questions, no matter under warranty or after, I will not be kicked off, but will provide all the necessary support.
