I liked the location of the hotel, the view from the window to the sea and the lake. There is a dolphinarium behind the lake, we saw dolphins performing right out of the window. They speak Russian at the reception, and so does the restaurant. The entire staff speaks English. Good beds, down pillows and blankets: this is a huge plus. I really liked the cosmetics, large bottles (bolted to the walls). The cleaning is average, not perfect. There was trash and someone else's black hair. Breakfast is a bit poor, there is no meat, there are no good desserts, there is no delicious fresh bread. The pool is small: there are many women who bathe in black clothes from head to toe and many children. We didn't go. You can walk to the old town or take a Yandex taxi: cheap from 100 rubles.

The hotel is gorgeous. Staff, service, check-in, everything is fine. You can put the car in an underground parking lot. The room was clean, according to the standards of the Double tree hotel chain. In the evening, you can have dinner in the restaurant on the top floor, and have breakfast in the morning. The food is delicious.
Of the cons. We booked a room on the official Hilton website. The cost was $ 140, usually the price including breakfast. Upon check-in, an employee at the reception offered to pay extra for breakfast, as it turned out that it was not included in the price on the website.
In general, we were satisfied with our stay.

We rested at the hotel more than once. The rooms are good, the cleaning is also good. Excellent breakfasts, careful attitude to guests.
For a child, the cook even cooked soup separately) the staff treats children very warmly)
No complaints. A 5-star hotel. We also stayed in the apartments. The option is more budget-friendly, but also good. Proximity to the sea, restaurants, the general location of the hotel on the waterfront. Everything is great!

I visited the Hilton spa on June 19
I installed the code on the locker 1111 in the spa
I came after the procedures
The code was changed, I had to call the administrator, who opened the closet.
As it turned out later
Money was taken out of my wallet
(the cards were left in cash only)
The clarification with the administration did not give anything. The police were called, but the police were refused to view the camera footage without court approval (I indicated the exact time intervals when my money was stolen, there were only a few people on the entire floor of the spa, and it would not be difficult to determine who entered who left from the cameras). After that, the senior of the group said that they would not be given records without the necessary documents .
I have written a statement to the police and given all the necessary explanations.
I don't expect to get anything back. I hope that this will somehow affect the situation as a whole.
And my review may help people to be more vigilant.

The hotel has a very good location, the sea is across the promenade. Very comfortable rooms, there is a SPA, a casino. In my opinion, the only drawback is a very small breakfast restaurant, little space, and a lot of people.

Great hotel. High level of service. Hotel number 1 in Georgia. Excellent staff. Delicious food. I believe that the Hilton Batumi hotel can become the benchmark of hotel service all over the world. I have visited many other Hilton hotel chains in the CIS and Europe and I know what to compare with. I recommend visiting this wonderful hotel at least once and feeling real hospitality.

We had a vacation in May 2024. There are not many guests. The service is high. The ROOM was cleaned perfectly, the breakfasts are amazing.

The rooms are not the first freshness, it's time to update the furniture in the hotel. Hilton is no longer the same, but the cost of space. But as a plus, there is a good kitchen, a good breakfast and a buffet. Many new hotels are being built nearby - if there are no changes, we will stop staying at the Hilton.

The hotel is only three stars, absolutely does not justify the high name of Hilton , old rooms that have been in need of repair for a long time, especially bathrooms- mold,uncomfortable beds (it's time to change the mattresses too), absolutely loose staff, five stars, but you absolutely have to ask for everything in the rooms - from toiletries to napkins and bathrobes,terrible room cleaning!!!You shouldn't pay that kind of money just for the name!An ordinary three-star hotel!

The hotel is tired and in need of repair. The cleaning is poor, even with tips, inspect the bed upon check-in, we needed to change it. They give little water even if you call and ask more than once. It is impossible to sleep in the rooms overlooking the embankment: loud music from the beach until 4 am.
At breakfast, after three polite reminders, cappuccino was not brought (two days in a row). A bottle of wine was waited for 40 minutes on the roof terrace with a half-empty hall.

The stench in the rooms is terrible, I took a hotel specially in Batumi, I thought it would be a good Hilton, but in fact it turned out to be a mess with the old room stock, the smell in the rooms, also for $ 1 thousand for 2 days. It's that mast of the lord!

We moved into room 516. The smell of sewage is in the bathroom, in the room. Most of the channels on the TV are not working. They said they were aware of the problem.
The bathroom handle is broken.
They were moved to room 1916 of superior comfort. It is impossible to sleep, because music is pounding from somewhere above. It was suggested to take earplugs. It's funny!!!

Nice clean rooms, comfortable bed, top-level service! The view is gorgeous from any room - on one side of the hotel is the sea, on the other is a park with a pond. The spa area and the pool helped out in bad weather. Currency exchange in a nearby building with a low exchange rate! Next to the dolphinarium, through the park there is a very cozy cafe "retro" with delicious national cuisine.
The convenient location of the hotel is along the embankment, a 20-minute walk to the singing fountains and to the Ferris wheel.
