P.S. do not take a room with an adjacent interior door. There is no isolation, everything is audible, even a small rustle. If the neighbor smokes or scents, the smell will be in your room.

Stayed with my husband for 2 nights at this hotel.
I liked that the supervisors and administrators Nilufar, Nazira, Jamil are friendly to the guests at the reception and are ready to promptly resolve any issues. The restaurant encountered not only delicious food (in particular, top breakfasts), but also attentive and friendly staff. I was hooked in a good way by the indifference and care of the deputy. the manager of the restaurant, Rakhimov Fringe, told me about the cashback on the Uzum card, which I did not know about.
In a room with a balcony, I checked out the gorgeous view from the window, which can be captured at sunset.
A separate thrill is a bed with the most comfortable mattress for the back, bedding of German quality. All this creates the feeling of sleeping on a cloud. Now I want to take this home for myself. By the way, additional comfort is created by slippers with soft soles — in a rich way

The hotel is quiet and cozy. Initially, he was chosen by his husband, and he is a reasonable man.
In December, we got discounts at the Wellness Center in the neighboring building, which was a pleasant bonus to the wellness process. I went to the procedures for 3 days in a row so as not to miss the opportunity to improve my health, especially in winter.

I liked the location of the hotel:
by taxi you can quickly get to the railway station (the airport is also nearby) and the main attractions.
The Eternal City Ethnopark is within walking distance. It is very beautiful and authentic (admission is free).
In the Eternal Park, first of all, I recommend looking for souvenirs to the kind and hospitable grandfather Mahmoud (after entering the territory, go straight to the door of the building with a beautiful ceiling — I attached a photo).
We want to come to Hilton Garden Inn Samarkand again to evaluate the accommodation in a higher-level room.

On October 1-5, I stayed at the Hilton Inn Sogd hotel in Samarkand and was completely delighted! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to details, which immediately creates a cozy atmosphere. The hotel itself is fresh, with modern renovation, which makes your stay even more comfortable.
We were especially pleased with technological solutions such as a smart toilet, which was a pleasant surprise. Excellent conditions were also created here for families with children – the cot was perfect. The dishes are fresh and varied.
Many thanks to the hotel and the staff for the high level of service. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Samarkand.

We ordered 3 cognacs of 50 grams, in fact it turned out to be 25-30 grams. They did not begin to figure it out, they decided to leave it on the conscience of the bartender. The rooms themselves are gorgeous, I was most impressed by the pillows and blankets, I have been to many hotels and above the level. But it was the first time I met such a gorgeous blanket with a pillow. They are soft, light, delicate, in short, I also urgently wanted them, unfortunately I did not think to look at the manufacturer of these gorgeous things. The bathroom has everything you need, a hairdryer, gel, soap, shampoo and hair balm. Shampoo and balm I can't say which company, they are poured into reusable dispensers, but the quality is excellent, I rarely use hotel shampoos and balms, it's just great. A toilet with buttons, heating, washing, drying where necessary, in general, a funny thing.

We were a group, they settled us on different floors. Those who lived on the 4th floor noted barely warm water, although boiling water was coming from the tap on the floors above (I lived on the 4th floor and it was a little cold for me to take a shower)
The room is spacious, comfortable beds, pillows. It did not work to turn off the air conditioner completely, it was a little cold, although I set the temperature to +26, it still blew cool)
There were bathrobes in the room, but there were no slippers (more precisely, someone had them, someone did not, I asked the maid and the rsa brought them to me, then a colleague asked at the reception, They said they didn't have slippers.)
A big plus is the presence of an ironing board and an iron in the room.
The breakfasts are good: pastries, sausage cheeses, yoghurts in creamers, jams, yoghurts in packages, eggs, vegetables, buckwheat, rice, sausages, breakfast cereals, fruit slices, juices, coffee. The only thing if you want to order porridge is that you are unlikely to wait for it.
One evening we went to have tea at resttran and ordered 2 desserts: chocolate fondue (I'll say it right away - delicious) and another cake, the waiter accepted the order, waited long enough again, eventually brought 2 fondues (another waiter). When they said that the second dessert was different, we were informed that there was no dessert at all. These little things make up the overall impression, so 4 stars.

We lived in a room on the 5th floor. A room with two rooms and two bathrooms. For some reason, there were only one pair of slippers in the room, although they had booked a room for two. The slippers were brought only after 30 minutes. I asked for an extra blanket, it was brought in 1 hour and 20 minutes. The reception does not answer calls immediately. It was cold in the room. It was written to look for how to turn on the air conditioner, since the control is hidden behind the pressure of the san node. The light sofa near the TV was stained, it was possible to remove these stains, there is a lot of good chemistry. The room smells of dust. Breakfast is very poor. If you order scrambled eggs or porridge, then you have to wait 20 minutes. They may forget your order)). The view from the window is very good on the rowing canal. It's quiet around and there's plenty of room for a walk. The hotel is a solid three.

There is a free bus service on Silk road+ a free shuttle service to the city center 4 times a day. The closest hotel to the singing fountains is a convenient walk from them in the evening.

The hotel is new. 4* and there are 4*. Some sockets did not work, in one room (2317) a screw was sticking out of the baseboard, in another (2318) the kettle was not working, in the third (2315) it was not possible to turn on the TV and the socket in the bathroom was not working. The curtains are narrowly assembled, it is not possible to close the curtains from wall to wall. The beds are great, the towels are good too. Breakfast is not too plentiful. Clean, beautiful, quiet. 1) the socket in the bathroom does not work

3) the partition of the shower cabin in the bathtub leaks in the right corner, a large puddle forms in the bathtub

5) room service. Coffee was not brought after ordering for 1.5 hours and calling again. It was time to move out, and they didn't bring it.
6) A convenient feedback form was not provided. There is no book of complaints and suggestions at the reception. They offered to wait for the manager, but there is no time to wait.
