Good day!

We didn't wait long for the waiter, literally 2 minutes, but it would have been better if he hadn't come up)
Having trouble taking the extra two steps, the menu was simply thrown on our table before they even reached our table, and of course we didn't hear at least "hello".
I had no desire to stay there, so I returned the menu to them exactly as I received it.
I 'll never come again , and I won 't advise anyone .

We've been here several times over the last six months and it's always the same problem, waiting an hour +-5 minutes for an order. And it doesn't matter how much you order 2 khinkalins or 22. It also seemed to me today (and to my husband too) I understand that everyone has already been given orders, even those who arrived late, the young couple can wait, and the men at the next table urgently need to bring khinkali to the beer, even though they ordered us later. But it seems to me like a young couple, so it's also clear that a woman in a position also has priority, because after 40 minutes I was already hungry and sick, we just ordered bread, BREAD, and choked on it until the khinkali was brought. I'm not coming here anymore.

Then I had to wait for the menu, then I was told that my order would have to wait 40 minutes. Although the hall in the institution is half empty. I ordered grilled vegetables, thighs in sauce and 50 cognac. What to fry there for 40 minutes is not clear. When finally the thighs were brought to me, but neither the vegetables nor the skate were brought, my patience ran out. I called the waiter and said that I would like to eat and drink everything I ordered. In the end, I waited for almost an hour. It's a shame and the mood is spoiled. And I came to eat well in a pleasant place. It was a double shame when I noticed that the young girls were served for 20 minutes. In general, they ruined my first day of vacation. At least the food was delicious.Respect to the cook.

It is better to book a table in advance if you want a sofa with a good view outside the window. But there was always a place without armor. The dishes are not brought immediately, because they are prepared just for you, and they are not taken out of the refrigerator. There is an excellent homemade wine that you can buy with you. The impression is twofold. We went in to have a quick meal, and ended up sitting for about 1.5 hours. The waiter came up to us to take the order only 15 minutes later. Khinkali waited endlessly for a long time - just all 1.5 hours. Moreover, the people who came after us brought the same khinkali faster.
In terms of food: khinkali and dolma are beyond praise, and my husband's kharcho was very salty.
Such an assessment is a tribute to the cook, but because of such slow service, we are unlikely to visit this particular restaurant again.

We took a table, no one came up to us for 10 minutes.Then, having "caught" a waiter's girl running past, they asked for a menu. She warned that she would have to wait up to an hour.
To which I told her: "OK, we will choose and place an order very quickly now, please do not run far away" Within three minutes we decided, but no one came up to us.About 15 minutes later, another girl came up and with a dissatisfied face said that she would have to wait for at least 1 hour and 20 minutes.(and we've already spent about 30 minutes waiting for service)Hungry and angry, we naturally refused to wait for such a lot of time.The official was quite satisfied with this.
