I was in a restaurant in Mozyr. The service leaves much to be desired. I had to wait for the waiter for a very long time. Although it was clear from their graying that they were not overloaded with work. They were all standing together. The administrator looks into the hall, and does not pay attention to the waiting gaze of the guests and still shuffles his feet on the floor.

We had dinner on Sun, 07/04/2021. 6 adults. The order was made in advance, but only a day in advance, we took 7kg for others. As a result: by the appointed time (18h), khinkali was not brought, they brought hot for another table (then they took it away, but we managed to start eating 1 dish), then shish kebab with potatoes, then, in the end, 45 kinkali. Of course, 15 khinkali remained, they took them home in a restaurant box. In the explanation, the administrator apologized many times, said that she was one for two interns, etc. We had dinner on the second floor, the apartment is 1 by 50 sq.m. the space does not cope, it was not that hot - stuffy. The food is generally delicious, but the serving in a different sequence ruined everything. There was also an extra bottle of vodka for $ 8 in the final receipt, deleted after verification. An independent photo shoot with their Georgian hats and shepherd costumes brought positive emotions. The rating is 3 out of five for the kitchen, the service is so good.

If you are carrying an order, then carry it in full or specify what the customer wants first. It is very important. I ordered soup and khinkali with sauce. Khinkali was served first, and the soup with sauce was added to them after another fifteen minutes. And the khinkali has cooled down, and I really don't want the soup. However, review the service policy.

We visited this institution with a company of three people.
They chose a table by the window. The table was not cleaned, and after the waiter came up, he did not clean it. There were no napkins at the table.
We made an order and asked to bring hot drinks first.
The order was delivered in 10 minutes. Hot drinks arrived 15 minutes later.
The kitchen is quite tasty. The price/serving ratio is acceptable.
We made an additional order for 6 khinkali and waited for it for 20 minutes.
The food is at an acceptable level, the service still needs to be worked on.
