The location is good, the staff is very polite, but the rooms are small with old furniture and plumbing, and the breakfast is quite meager. They clean up cleanly. For those who need comfort, views from the window and a good breakfast, the hotel is not suitable. But for those who just want to spend the night around the sights, it's just right.

The hotel is in the best location of the old town! The room is very small but the view is gorgeous! The staff is super nice! The best cafes and the best coffee in Istanbul are nearby! Respect to the hotel staff! They called a taxi for very acceptable money

The train is noisy from 6-00 to 23-00. The mullah is yelling from both sides from Sofia and Sultan Akhmet.
The wardrobe in the room is made through to two adjacent rooms. You can hear the neighbors through the walls of this closet, as if they were in your room.
Despite all this, the rooms are cozy, we managed to get enough sleep, the breakfasts are not bad, the staff is polite.

The hotel is positioned as 4 stars or as a "special category", but in fact it is a solid urban 3 stars. Of the advantages, excellent location, wonderful staff, view of the Marmara Sea, working Internet, normal breakfast, high-quality cleaning, quiet at night.
Of the disadvantages, furniture, TV and plumbing are not the first freshness...

We stayed at this hotel in early September 2020. A small, calm, cozy hotel with very, very friendly and helpful staff. The room had a magnificent view of the Bosphorus. A small disadvantage for those traveling by car is that the hotel does not have parking, as, indeed, all nearby hotels.
