The undoubted advantage is the location of the hotel. All the sights are within walking distance. There are a lot of cool places nearby. Nice staff. That's where the advantages end.
And the room always smelled of bleach. The bed and towels are more like doormats. It was scary to go into the shower, it was all rusty, the handle in the shower fell off immediately after touching it. The walls are streaked, the furniture is ruined. The audibility is terrible. One night, someone was smoking right at the reception and the whole smell was in our room, I woke up thinking that someone was smoking next to me. The breakfasts are meager. One day there was almost nothing but sausages, but they were not delicious either. In general, it's a shame that the owners don't invest in development. The location allows you to put a very good price, but in case a decent repair is done.

A wonderful hotel! I liked the location – a ten-minute walk from the center. There are shops, cafes and an exchange office nearby.
We went on vacation with a company of nine people for a week. We occupied three comfortable rooms on the second and first floors. It took a while to figure out how to ventilate the room, but the staff patiently explained how the air supply works.
There were various and maximally satisfying buffet breakfasts from 9:00 to 11:00. We also had dishes, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle at our constant disposal, which allowed us to spend evenings in company with a cup of tea or a bowl of salad. For three days we needed breakfast from 7:00 and the hotel staff met us halfway - adjusted to our requests. Thank them so much for this!
Rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day. The bed linen was clean. We were provided with an ironing board and an iron. At the request, we sent things to the dry cleaner.
I especially liked the responsive, sincere staff. They were always ready to help us. We even went to the pharmacy to get the right medicine and asked about my well-being when one day I got a heatstroke.
It felt like the hotel staff was waiting for our arrival, because we were greeted warmly and in a native way! I recommend this cozy hotel.

Great hotel! The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are clean and cozy, the breakfast is varied. The location is perfect — there are many attractions and cafes nearby. I recommend it to everyone who is going to visit Yerevan.
We were upgraded to a more expensive room, as it was free for our dates, which is a very nice bonus. They asked about cleaning every day, and when they said that it was necessary to clean up, they cleaned, changed the bed linen, towels, took out the trash!
