Very pleasant and knowledgeable sales consultants. I came to the store under closure and was not going to buy a car right now, I didn't even have money with me, but nevertheless they showed me everything that interested me (they took out everything they needed, refueled and gave me the opportunity to sew myself) tried several options and did not pick up anything, then together they chose the right model on the website and ordered delivery to Vitebsk. After 3 days, they called and I tried the model I was interested in again, this time I liked everything! It turns out that there are also 5% discounts for the birthday,! :)

I bought a sewing machine, the assortment is meager. But I needed the "here and now." I took a Brother, as a result, the car is so-so, with problems. But it is impossible to return or exchange it. Despite the fact that I paid 100% in cash, there was no discount, they gave me some ephemeral bonuses that also burn out after six months!!! By the way, I found out about it by accident, I went to look at the overlock. Perhaps I will buy with a "live" discount of 10-20% in any other store. Yes, and from what ceiling are the price tags for small things taken?! For accessories, pins, Chinese scissors, etc.? Yes, you are optimists, with such a competition! Counting on unconditional fans?

The store is good, but the delivery of goods or the seller is strange. I made an order on the website, called back and said everything is in the store, come, but these goods were not in the store as a result. I was told to order and they will call when to pick it up. Of course, no one ordered or called anything. After a while, I called Minsk myself, and they already sorted it out there. After 3 weeks, I still received the order.
