The hotel used to be decent, now it's "3-". We were occupied for 5 hours. Those who arrived after me with an Israeli passport were checked in within 30 minutes - 1 hour. You can see they are "allergic" to the Russian passport!! The first room was given with a view of the construction site. When I entered it, I saw the prints of dirty shoes on the floor!!! In the second room there is a mirror stained with greasy hands and the same dirty shoe marks, but it's good that the sea view! The cleaners make it look like they're cleaning up, the dirt that's been there for 5 days. I asked the cleaner to wipe the mirror, so she shows me, give me a rag, I'll wipe it. I explain, where did I get the rag?? Well, I'll go get mine. I'm not picky about food, I need raw or stewed vegetables, cheeses and fish. Food for 4!!! The SPA area is not bad! I scrubbed my whole body- I really liked it, 30 minutes 260 shekels. The entrance to the sea is sandy, with small salt pebbles in places. All that pleased me was that there weren't many vacationers in April. I can recommend this hotel to those who like to live in the mud. Leave tips for the cleaners on the bed. But the most important thing is the contingent-the entire Soviet Union!It was a pleasure to communicate with former compatriots.☺️😀 P.S Last breakfast, oh my God, all this time, pouring coffee into a cup, I never looked at its contents. She's dirty, and all the subsequent ones were like that. The cup suddenly fell out and broke. I am attaching a photo. Take a disposable cup. The photo did not pass moderation ((((( And yet, mosquitoes are your permanent roommates even on the 9th floor!!!

A place you don't want to leave. A decent hotel, good cuisine, and of course, most importantly, the Dead Sea. And finally, in Israel, there is a pool in which the water is not knee-deep.
Very friendly staff at the SPA, which is not everywhere. It's a small thing, but it's nice: they speak to you in a language that you understand. There is a place to walk in the evening, but you won't have to jostle elbows on this promenade: there is a lot of space, a lot of sea, few people. The main thing is not to accidentally wander into Jordan by water)))

The hotel is super!!!!!!The service is super! The cleanliness in the rooms is sterile!!!!!! The breakfasts are fantastic!!!a gorgeous range of spas!!!!!!!! It was in January. I'll be back in May again!!!!!!!!! Thanks!!!!!!!

Located on the first line, the room is cozy and clean. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, hairdryer, soap, shampoo in the room. There is a lot of food in the restaurant, a varied menu, was not repeated during the 3 days of our stay. Among the disadvantages: there is only one Russian-speaking employee at the reception, which makes it difficult to check in, other employees looked at us with a grin. I liked the SPA. The sea too.
