The hotel is located in the 4th microdistrict of Aktau city. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, gel, shampoo, tea set, drinking water, towels were updated daily. The rooms have: air conditioning, gel, shampoo, drinking water, kettle, tea set, glasses, TV, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, hairdryer. The breakfast buffet (was always varied and very tasty). The service is excellent!!!! There is a gym. In the evening, a Sky Bar is open on the 7th floor, where you can have a snack and spend the evening (guests receive a 20% discount). The late check-out function works before 18.00 (50% of the cost of accommodation) and after 18.00 (100% of the cost of accommodation per day). The location of the hotel is good, near the shopping center NOISE, bus stop 3 buses (fare 70 tenge). Within walking distance of Shevchenko Park, a park with attractions, a rock trail, a city beach, a cafe.

I liked everything, except that there were fried eggs for breakfast and some dishes were cold. Coffee is brought immediately, while you eat it cools down.Apparently, you have to tell yourself what to bring at the end of the meal.

The menu at the Sky Bar could have been better. In general, for an amateur. The service is not bad. At breakfast, in the cafe on the second floor, there was a slice of moldy cucumber curtain. I inadvertently began to chew one piece and realized that the cucumber tasted very unpleasant, while I had already swallowed part of the cucumber - there was an upset stomach. Great! The Holiday Inn standard is fully maintained. Clean rooms with fresh furniture, relatively new towels and linen. Excellent service. A good varied breakfast. There are rooms with sea views. The bar on the 7th floor serves delicious food. I recommend turkey fillet with spinach.

I like IHG hotels. Aktau was no exception.
• The staff is just great.
• Good location: I liked the areas along Nursultan Nazarbayev Avenue. There are several banks nearby, Dina's supermarket, and a good Wave coffee shop nearby. You can walk to the cliff path near the coast.
• Good cuisine in the hotel itself - both in the lobby bar and in the Sky Bar. Especially grilled dishes. After walking around the local establishments, I concluded that I like to have dinner here most of all.
• It is also convenient to order dinner in the room.
• A pretty good breakfast.
• The room has a refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer.
The only negative is the shower. No curtains or doors - as a result, there is water on the floor.

It's very sad there. The deluxe room is large, but not very fresh. The view from the window to the backyard with garbage cans and very noisy fans.
The bar is not bad on the top floor.
I thought I'd be there for a few days, but I left the next morning.
