A cool hotel, the location is super, the prices bite. It is unpleasant that you have to ask for bathroom accessories, but they are not immediately in the room. The Windows on the street are noisy, the courtyard is better, but the restaurant under the windows is very shabby - it turns on loud music from 10 a.m. The room itself is very clean, although now there was a strange smell in it. Do not hesitate to ask for a replacement if anything.

I have already told you about this hotel when we first arrived in Yerevan and stayed there. Then we liked the location of the hotel the most. The very center is the city center. Moreover, we were lucky to arrive on the days of the balloonists festival. After that, we went there again and lived in a superior room, then in a two-room suite, This weekend, the superiors and suites were occupied (seminars were held there and the hotel was loaded to capacity) and we again lived in a standard room on the third floor of the 316th. What made me write another review was the changes that took place at the hotel and the fact that we recognized the places of the hotel where we had not been before. Previously, we came in cool weather and did not go to the pool, preferring to walk around the city. But this time we arrived in the heat. And despite the fact that the heat in Yerevan is dry and well tolerated, we finally went to the pool. Let's go straight in the hotel robes. At the reception of the SPA center, the rooms were named and we were given a package with a towel and a wristband with a digital key. From the reception to the pool you have to go through the changing rooms with showers and toilets. You leave things in the locker, touch the lock with a bracelet and that's it. The pool is nice. Four tracks are 25 meters long. The depth is 1.45 meters. Lots of toys for those who can't swim. Comfortable sun beds of various shapes. In addition to the pool, there is also a salt room, hammam and Jacuzzi. On the second floor there is a sauna with a font (the pool itself is on the 7th floor). There is an attendant in the hall, there is an animator. On the ground floor near the reception (I somehow hadn't noticed this before), a couple of computers with printers appeared (or maybe there were before). You can print out the necessary documents. But the new one is a rooftop restaurant. The restaurant is open for breakfast for members of the loyalty group. And in the evenings there is live music. Multiply this by a beautiful view of the night city and a cool breeze and get a real fairy tale. We were delighted with breakfast at the hotel before, but breakfast at the new restaurant is something. Guests are greeted with champagne. Meal.... it's just like a beloved grandmother's - all the best and most delicious. I will list only fruits: pomegranates, apples, pears, kiwis, large, black, sweet cherries, peaches, melons, watermelon, pineapples. And jam made from young walnuts? Have you eaten jam made from milk walnuts? And zucchini pancakes are something else!!! And all this on an open veranda overlooking the city. And you can take your time, enjoy delicious food, champagne, cheeses and nuts with dried fruits. I conducted an experiment: I made a video of a small buffet filled with delicious delicacies and sent it to several friends. EVERYONE asked "Which hotel is this?" We went to enjoy breakfast and enjoyed, enjoyed, enjoyed. By the way, we were not the only ones who sat there for more than an hour. We took pictures. We chatted and enjoyed ourselves. The only bad thing is that because of such reviews, it will soon be difficult to get into the hotel. I should put a deuce and scold the hotel, but I can't lie pathologically.

The staff is very friendly and left-handed, as is customary in Holliday. The hotel is located in the very center of Yerevan, everything is within walking distance from here. I was pleasantly surprised that you can order scrambled eggs for breakfast according to your taste and they will cook it with you. A small minus with a small number of towels and not the most comfortable pillows, but this is a classic for these hotels)
