Hello everyone.
When buying a refrigerator, the choice fell on the DONKHOZTORG retail chain. The right refrigerator was found in a store in the Crystal shopping center. We paid and arranged the delivery. They arrived at the agreed time.They helped me bring it into the house. Upon visual inspection, it was found that one of the door shelves was scratched. The defect is minor, but it was unpleasant to start operating a NEW BOSCH refrigerator with a visible scratch. I decided to contact the sellers. At the entrance to the store, I met with Olga, an employee of the Donkhoz Trade. Olga was attentive and courteous in communication. It was immediately clear that the employee was interested in resolving the issue positively (most likely she was a senior employee). After consulting with the management, Olga promised to help...A few weeks later, I received a call with the news that my issue had been resolved. I arrived at the store, and Olga handed me a brand new, absolutely clean shelf, in exchange for a scratched one. This attitude was pleasantly surprised, and even smoothed out the negative from the fact that the movers scratched the tiles in the kitchen during delivery, and the packers sealed the inside of the refrigerator with stationery tape so that they had to wash the adhesive tape from the glasses and shelves all day long.
