The hookah is excellent. You guessed it with taste and strength. The staff is polite and professional, they speak Russian. The atmosphere is in the best traditions of Hook Place! There is food and drinks. You can sit on the balcony. I recommend you to visit!

By the standards of Moscow, the institution is 3+
But for Georgia on 4+, as they have their own store selling tobacco and liquids. Check with the guys who are there where to buy.
Naturally, the price of tobacco will be more expensive than in Moscow, since tobacco is imported from the Russian Federation to Moscow master hev from 220-300r for a small washer, in Georgia the cost will be from 650 rubles, including excise duty.
You won't find Dark side tobacco. There is a must hev, it's already great.
The cost of a hookah is 50 lars and 65 lars, I recommend the second option
Excellent location, in warm weather it is better to smoke a hookah on the balcony, the hood does not cope fully, or alternatively ask to be placed on the lower floor.

I visit Hookah place quite often and I can safely recommend it to hookah lovers and not only. There is a large selection of tobacco and accessories, which, among other things, can be purchased for yourself. The staff is friendly and always ready to meet your wishes. There is its own kitchen with, in places, quite interesting twists on established dishes. They share the space with Decanter, so if you want to add a good wine to the impression, you can always ask the sommelier to come up. If desired, there are also various entertainment options - from chess to the console (PS5)

I do not advise self-respecting people to this institution, waiters need to be caught anywhere , food and drinks are carried for 30-40 minutes , as a result you get either warm food or even bring something that is not described in the menu , the institution is old , all the chairs are old and dirty , the extractor hood almost does not work , the hall is very stuffy and hot , the smell the hookah is mixed with food and incomprehensible flavors , I asked the waiter to wash and cut the fruits , mine are the ones that I brought with me , since their fruits are not the first freshness , as a result they refused me for an unclear reason , in one word , do not waste time and your money , and go to a decent pleasant clean institution .

I was passing through Tbilisi, they write on the website that it is closed, but they respond on Instagram, and they work until 02:00. They advised this hookah bar, praised it, but it turned out that they overestimated it. They put me at a table right at the entrance to the tent, the constantly drained room is dangerous, the muzzle is right in the back. The hookah itself did not really convey the taste, they made an average draft, fruits without chill. Well, I've tried it better. I can't say anything specifically about the bar, but I had to wait a while until the sommelier came up to me (they forgot a little) but after drinking an aperol, I conclude that the alcohol here is very weak, maybe it's better. At the end of my stay, I had to leave a review on a small booklet (all questions are in English), and I was also given a bonus on the menu and bar in the form of a 10% discount for the next session. It's nice, I've never seen anything like it. And the staff is good, everyone really speaks Russian, which is good. Also, the advantages of the institution include free Wi-Fi. I spent 85 GEL (50 for hookah, 25 for aperol, the rest % for service). Overall, my score is 3 out of 5.

1. Great location - on the ground floor there is a wine gallery and a khinkalnaya.
2. Delicious tea with jam and halva.
3. Nice view from the window to the courtyard.

The best HP in Georgia. It is well ventilated - places by the window and on the veranda are top of the top. The atmosphere at home, there is no feeling that you are at the hookah factory number 7 or in a restaurant. Parking in the yard again :)

Hookahs are decent, there is nothing to complain about. The bar and kitchen are very diverse and delicious. Even if it's a full landing, they'll always come up and ask how you're doing. A wonderful hookah bar, very tasty cuisine, and hookahs are just wonderful, delicious, smoky and long-lasting. The price tag of 50 lari for a hookah was worth every tetrik. Staff speaks Russian perfectly, there were no problems with the language barrier. *** moods are not noticed.

A terrible institution and the shame of this grid.
1. The service is disgusting. Until you kick, the coals will not be changed, and if they agree, you will still wait forever for them to be warmed up.
2. On the 1st floor, on the way to the toilet, the kitchen is constantly open 3-4 sq.m., you can see how everything is prepared unsterily and it's all stored there. It's better not to eat food there.
3. Greetings from the 2000s, turn on the music aux to the phone, when the "DJ" is called, his call starts playing throughout the institution, and so it was 3 times in a row. Thank you for not talking to him publicly yet. And when aux wants to go to rest, it sounds loud and disgusting to the ears.
4. The hookah is normally smoked for 30 minutes, then that's it, there is no taste.
5. The floor in the establishment is the same as how you can think of making a wooden floor in a hookah. He is scratched all over and "burned" from the coals.
6. The menu is coming apart.
7. There are 2 toilet cabins and 1 for the whole establishment!! Sink. How is that even possible? The picture, the queue to wash your hands, the queue to go to the toilet and all this happens in a room 2-3 km.
8. The waiter never came up to us and asked if we wanted something from the menu except a hookah.
So, if you were in good HP, don't go there.
And I advise the institution to close and make repairs, it's really time for you.

The service is just 0, the waiter had to remind us of our order, and no, it's not a huge list, it's just lemonade and coffee. Hookah for 2 out of 5, I asked for a purple tanj for 8 out of 10, they brought an underheated kalik and it didn't even smell like 4 points out of 10. Fellow Russian tourists, there is not another hook on Yandex, but it exists in Tbilisi, Google it, unlike this one, I highly recommend it to visit
