The place seems to be quite good, but the service leaves much to be desired. The hookah was ordered. When they brought him in, we said he was tearing his throat out. To which we received an answer that it will take place in 10 minutes. But it didn't go away. Then we had to prove that we don't like hookah. The hookah man said: Well, I don't care.
After taking the hookah for a makeover, after discussing us with all the waitresses, which was also ugly, the hookah man returned with a new one. Fixed it, thanks.
And just as we forgot about what happened, we receive the bill from the waitress: they told me that you asked for the bill. This is "beautiful" they pointed out to us at the door.
In general, we didn't fight with anyone, we left. They realized that they did not accept any criticism there.

It's very bad. The room is smelly. You can go crazy. The staff is unfriendly. Hookah people are not experienced. They gave us 100 rubles with a bill of 65, they did not want to return the change to us, they explained to us later that they thought it was a tip. But, alas, this is not the case.

There is a gold card issued for Yakub kolas, which does NOT work!!! in other hokan places of this network.
