There will be a very long story and unpleasant impressions about the Horizon medical center.We came from Baranovichi to visit this medical center. I brought my mother to do an Electroneuromyography (ENMG). On the record (ENMG) on the phone, I warned the receptionist's girlfriend that after (ENMG) we want to see a neurologist. To which, the receptionist told me that there is time for (ENMG) 12:40, it is done for about 1 hour, and you will immediately go to the neurologist at 13:40.
And so (day X )we arrived at this medical center on 11/26/12. we went to the cashier and paid immediately (ENMG) and a neurologist.
We went with my mother to the office at (ENMG) at 12:38 p.m. we were received by a specialist, N.G. Korshova. a very friendly and attentive specialist. The examination (ENMG) ended at 13:45. And we have to see a neurologist at 13:40. And then the most interesting thing begins.... The receptionist calls and says that the Neurologist will not see us, as we were 10 minutes late. Of course I'm shocked.... I say that we find in your medical center waiting for a response from (ENMG). as soon as the answer is given , we immediately run to the neurologist . To which the girl told me that the neurologist would definitely not see us anymore, since they were in a hurry to catch the train. I'm in second shock, are you serious… They won't accept us because the doctor is late for the train..... I'm saying that we came from another city on purpose. It's not our fault that the doctor detained us. I'm sorry, we didn't drink coffee in the doctor's office. And the administrator must take into account the fact that after the examination there are still 5 minutes.you need to wait for the result (ENMG).Did I ask you to wait for us? The answer to my question was NO.
The most brazen thing is that the neurologist - Noon I.V. came up to us at the reception while they were returning the money for her failed appointment,took the result (ENMG) and with a smart face, began to read and give recommendations right in the corridor, then said, that's it, I'm late and added if I don't catch the train now, then the next one at 16:30 and left.... Very professional. I would like to say to the head - med.cent "Horizon".It's your face and your experts are soiling it!

I visited Laura (Rogatsevich) 2 times and both times the impression is negative. Every time a door with a sign "Quartz" was closed in front of me, I waited 20 minutes at the door. The examination was mediocre and quick, they sent me a picture of the nose, which I PHOTOGRAPHED on my mobile phone and carried to the doctor.
The doctor didn't see anything about him.
In the future, referring to another ENT, it turned out that this picture very well demonstrated my problems that need to be treated.
In the Horizon, they prescribed going to them for physical procedures and also to them for washing the tonsils, stipulating that I have traffic jams.
The second ENT said there are no traffic jams. The problem is completely different.
As a result, there was a very strong impression that the purpose of the medical center is to get money out of you in all possible ways, but not to provide assistance in the situation.

Let's start with the fact that at the first admission they get a card, I just had my passport checked out without my permission, then an ultrasound. Seeing a doctor in an old dirty bathrobe, probably, since the opening of the center, the bathrobes were no longer exposed, it was already frightening, but okay, I went, it turns out the doctor is alone for ultrasound, without honey.personally, we saved money again, I had 2 examinations, ultrasound of the pelvis and mammary glands, looked at everything in 10 minutes, then sat down at the table and began filling out forms from memory. The result, a useless examination, will have to be repeated elsewhere.

The center is so-so. I am generally shocked by the appointment of an endocrinologist. She did not even touch me, her surprise was that I did not do an ultrasound and tests before visiting the doctor, in my understanding that the doctor prescribes before the examination, and not vice versa. It is impossible to bring a person with disabilities to the center, the center is designed only for healthy people, patients are not treated there. My family turned to various specialists there, and none helped, did not diagnose and the attitude was dismissive starting with the hall. One day we took time off from work, but they forgot to warn us that the appointment was canceled. I wouldn't recommend a terrible place to anyone.
