A very beautiful, modern and technologically advanced room. The Horizon product development center is here. Here you can see various kinds of flexible LCD monitors on columns in the lobby bar. You can also come in for coffee and a snack.
At the same time, it is possible to rent a room for work here. For curiosity, I recommend visiting. Very modern!

There is no institute. There is no television. Only the name is from the Horizon . Of the digital ones, only offices rented to IT companies. The building's management and internal regulations leave much to be desired.

The business center looks modern if you keep a 2-meter social distance from it. As you approach, you can see savings in materials (tables, walls, doors, digital panels). Knowing the price tag, the price and quality probably match. The coffee shop inside also does not cause delight and a desire to visit it again

In general, the building and territory are worthy of respect and attention, while administrators and other staff are more like watchdogs and do not have the necessary competencies: politeness, the ability not to provoke, but to settle a conflict, the ability to adequately and competently present information and argue.
