This is actually a very, very nice place! It is beautiful, neat, high-quality and convenient. The grounds and views are amazing. The staff is polite, professional and incredibly efficient.
And now a separate song: I liked the dishes in general! The meat is tender, the fish in batter - mmmmm...., stuffed squid - you can lick your fingers. For the first time, I can say with a clear heart - I RECOMMEND it!

The wedding was celebrated on 06/29/2024. When we met, they told us everything in a fairly accessible and understandable way, we found compromises in solving certain issues. There is an opportunity to rent a room for the bride and groom, which is also an undoubted plus. The rooms are well maintained, there is air conditioning. The buffet for the holiday was made very beautifully, champagne was poured on time, there are no questions about the buffet. The staff is polite, I especially want to mention the waiter guy, we don't know his name, but we and our guests liked him. Excellent territory, there is a place to walk, a super place for photos, a swing, a beautiful playground by the water, a good place for on-site registration. We liked everything about the kitchen, it was delicious, beautiful, and the dishes were served on time.
Of the cons:
Maybe we were so unlucky, but it was very hot in the hall, and we and the guests had questions about the air conditioners. When asked to increase the air supply speed of air conditioners, Valeria was rude to both the guests and the bride, the conversation was in raised tones, with the use of obscene language. As for me, when working with people, such behavior is unacceptable, especially since a good amount comes out for a holiday. Everyone will remain of their opinion, but the air conditioners did not work the way they should. There was a jamb with lunch at the contractors, they forgot to feed the contractors, calling and clarifying everything, they returned the money to our card without any problems. Valeria apologized for her behavior by writing a message on Viber. I hope the girl will draw conclusions and this will not happen to others.
As everywhere there are pros and cons, learning how to communicate with people will be wonderful.

A nice cozy manor house near the city, fairly reasonable prices compared to other estates, a good restaurant and kitchen. There is a sauna. Everything is very well maintained, beautiful, quiet, without the hustle and bustle of the city. Helpful and courteous staff

In May 2024, we organized an alumni meeting there.
Positive: a beautiful place in nature. They helped us create a menu for a large group of people.
We communicated normally with the staff, no one was arguing with anyone. Everyone was correct.
Features: payment is only possible in cash. The establishment is open until 23h, then you can not make noise, turn on the music loudly, because there are residential buildings nearby.
For me, the cons: the menu turned out to be ~ 1.4 kg of food per person!!!!! (appetizers, hot and cold dishes ) in total, 110 rubles /person + we also bought our own drinks and several boxes of fruit. It must have been sooo much!!! As a result, there wasn't enough food on the tables to make everyone's bellies pop. I'll say that I wasn't hungry, but I definitely wasn't full. And that's thanks to our fruits))) The dishes are small. Of course, no one will outweigh the holiday, counting when the main part of the dishes were not served in portions, on the "common" table ... (for me, this is the biggest disadvantage there) .
And the quality of the cuisine for Gomel is no longer very good.
There is no music or equipment, or speakers at the establishment. They offered either to order a DJ with whom they work (at that time it was more than ~ $ 100... $ 150 per evening), or to bring their own equipment, speakers.
It was the first and last time I visited this place.
I strongly do not recommend it!
For that kind of money (and even cheaper ) you can relax in the city center, there will be music, take a walk in the park, by the river!
!!! When placing an order for the evening, we signed an agreement in which there was a price list in case someone broke some plate, cup, toilet bowl, etc. And the prices there are so cosmic for all this! It would be cheaper to buy and install the most expensive toilet yourself in their case of emergency. Thank God we didn't break anything, but why buy such wildly expensive dishes (if they're just white???)..I've never come across anything like this, this price list, of course, was annoying with some madness from the 90s...)
For me, getting to know a "good place" was enough, my friends and relatives and I definitely won't go there.

It is a very pleasant place, it is rare when you can walk through such a beautiful territory and at the same time have a delicious meal. I celebrated a wedding there, everything was just great, the guests were very happy and that there was a lot of space in the hall and that you could go out for a walk at any time and that the food was very tasty (and served on time if you inform the kitchen about it in advance). The place is very beautiful, a great option for any holidays, it's good that it's outside the city, a fairly large territory, the hotel complex is excellent (we were really only in one room, but I'm sure that all the other rooms are just as wonderful, for relaxing after various festivities). The food is very tasty, it is cooked on the grill, the banquet menu is quite diverse, if you like food on the grill then this is the place for you. The hall is great, we celebrated the wedding, we had 50 people, we were worried that there would be little space for this number of people, but everything went fine, we were not cramped, in the evening this hall looks even more beautiful, due to all the lighting. (The only thing I would advise the owner of a "Good Place" is that the air conditioners are not very conveniently located in my opinion, (I repeat, a wedding was celebrated there not long ago and the guests felt a little bit)it would be better to change their location. And for the rest, I can safely recommend this place to everyone for all the various festivities.)

The wedding was celebrated on June 18. Cool! Perhaps the best place in the immediate vicinity of the city. It is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. There are no complaints about the kitchen, the staff works quickly and accurately. But there are a couple of things that are still annoying: 1) they are not allowed to enter the territory and you have to drag boxes, boxes, musical equipment up a long staircase. It's not very easy; and 2) at exactly 23.00 everyone is kicked out, everything is closed, the exterior lighting is turned off, and you have to ship the remaining drinks, food, flowers, props, etc. in pitch darkness. So plan the finale of the evening, and it's better to do all these loading and departure of guests a little earlier - before closing.

We were, just yesterday, with a team of 70 people. The place is amazing, everything is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The territory is huge. There are reservoirs on both sides. It's a pity we were unlucky with the weather and couldn't walk around and study everything in detail.
The banquet hall is large, everyone can fit in. Everything is very decent inside too. The menu is very varied and delicious. A huge variety of snacks. There are no complaints about food. The staff is not intrusive, the girls did everything smartly. The program also did not let you get bored. The only "but" is the prices, which are difficult to call democratic. And what is cheap now? The place is really beautiful and quiet, 5 minutes from the city. The room itself is not cozy, but the terrace is super. Neat territory, lawn, gazebos. You can come with your alcohol.
Now the cons:
We were celebrating a birthday. All the staff ate the dishes we had paid for with both cheeks. And they did it so openly that for some reason I was ashamed (probably ashamed of our mentality). We gave the cake and a large tray of strawberries to the kitchen for the waiters to decorate. As a result, one berry was spread into 9 pieces. When asked where the remaining cake and strawberries were, they said that there was nothing left.
When calculating, it was only later that they noticed that the advance payment was not included, although it should have been distributed according to the receipt - all the dishes were calculated correctly, and it turns out that we gave the advance. You can't get out of there without a scandal.
There is no payment by card.

To say that we were disappointed is to say nothing.
Let's start on 09/02/2021. We brought groceries and other things for the wedding to the restaurant.
They showed us where to put it, we put it. There was a chair in the corner of this place, on which I put my hat. A clean, new, ordinary hat. What is some lady sitting at the bar, and allowing you to walk around the hall and kitchen ATTENTION!!TWO DOGS!!!!!! She said Tamara would have killed me.
Although the receptionist and the waiters didn't say a word. On September 3, during the buffet, I hid in the hall and checked if everything was okay with the seating and other things. I admit the human factor and I have no questions about the wrong seating arrangement, but otherwise there are a lot of questions. 1) we had a buffet. Which should have been put in order and left after registration. But after the first feast (35 minutes later), the spilled champagne and the remains of everything that was at the buffet were cleaned by the groom!!! The groom!! Although at this time he should have been resting on his holiday!
2) serving the dishes, everything is slow. And not at the agreed time.
3) I also went to take out alcohol, I asked. Although it's also my holiday.
3) take out the hot stuff. Everything was taken out cold. My dish was different from everyone else's. I waited for more than 10 minutes, called the waiter, and asked where my dish was, to which they replied that it was still being prepared. A minute later he was taken out completely cold!!!
3) the end of the wedding is generally a tin! I was so ashamed in front of the guests, I can't put it into words! The host specially called us early for the last dance! To have time to have a drink and a snack. We returned to the hall at 22.40 and there was absolutely nothing on the tables. There weren't even any dishes to drink with. And we still have 20 minutes of OUR time. cleaning was supposed to start after 23.00.
4) the guest broke the pepper shaker. They started demanding that we pay for the entire set (30p)
We asked to give the second part of the set. If you need to pay for the whole thing at once. To which the receptionist slammed the door in his face and said that everything was, quote, "fucked up"!
With all the complaints, they called the Hostess Tamara on 09/06/2021, She said she would call back, still nothing.

Hello! I want to share with you my experience of staying in the "Good Place" farmstead! The place is really amazing: nature, lakes, territory in principle. In a word, it's crazy! The kitchen is undoubtedly on the level. BUT there are still a lot of questions for the administrator Tamara and the service staff. The administrator greets you well, tells you about the institution, the established authority, promises that everything will be organized at the highest level. However, starting from the banquet itself, the administrator disappears and it becomes impossible to find her to resolve the issues that arise. The waiter is counting you, and the check contains figures far different from those discussed earlier. The total amount may differ by a couple of hundred, or even more. And to understand whether the menu was really old or new, you will not succeed, because there are no distinctive signs of approval or approval dates at all. But the question that arises will be answered: "Oh, apparently, you were shown an old menu that fell behind the shelf."
The birthday cake was also very "interesting". Some of the guests literally got crumbs from the cake, some did not bring the cake at all, but the waiters were happy to eat beautiful pieces. We are not sorry, but we would like the guests to receive the treat first of all, and not the staff!
Further more! The dishes that were brought 30 seconds ago were immediately carried away. Apparently, the waiters themselves decided who should be given how much and who should be given how much. No one was left hungry, everything was delicious and beautiful. But as a result, it was unpleasant to watch this both as a guest and especially as the hero of the occasion! Throughout the evening, hardly anyone will smile at you, the waiters walked around with a dissatisfied look and simply did not respond to the requests of the guests.
I would also like to note that they charge money for literally everything, whether it's a terrace or a barbecue. However, there is no price list, and you will hear completely different answers from different people to the same question. Apparently, they did not bother to rehearse the scheme of monetary extortion, everyone is spinning as best they can!
The rest room, located on the territory of the estate, also left impressions that were not particularly bright: spiders live in their houses in the corners for several days, and the bathroom could have been cleaner! Therefore, only the location leaves an indelible impression. The services of the staff left an unpleasant aftertaste. Nowadays, in institutions of this level, such treatment of customers is simply unthinkable ... alas

I was "lucky" to celebrate the anniversary in this place. They wanted to make a surprise for the hero of the day, but thanks to the employee Tamara, it was a shame in front of the namesake and the guests. There was no food, there were light snacks. Although when ordering, they stipulated a hot portion, and a salad for each guest (except for other dishes). But then Tamara said that we refused the hot one... As a result, we were left with salad and light snacks. The portions were small. Later, we were told that it was necessary to outweigh and control. CONTROL!!!!??? The horror!!!!
We came to this place for relaxation and fun and were ready to pay as much as needed. But we have gained experience in the fact that no one can be trusted. Everything needs to be controlled and outweighed. To document everything.
And finally, when we came to talk about the current situation, Tamara talked to us rudely, in a raised tone. And in the end, she accused us that we wanted to steal the antiseptic.
In a good place, only the terrain is good.
