I am very surprised by the renovation, everything is painted, everything is clean and tidy, the staff was very polite and attentive. I admit the food is very good, varied, every day new dishes that include fresh vegetables and fruits, also in addition to tea, cocoa, fruit drinks and compote are required. Of course, we all understand that all dishes are dietary))).
Personally, I need an additional one. No power was required!
Of course, it is better not to get sick and not visit hospitals, but when you have already got to such an institution, then let everything be fine! Take care of yourself!

I had a chance to lie in the thoracic department-this is surgery, the medical staff is attentive, there are no questions, examinations even on weekends!
But plumbing is TERRIBLE!!!! Two showers (one does not work) to the floor: 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the evening! The doors won't close! Toilets for 2 wives, 2 husbands; but 2 men's toilets are fully functional!!!! The doors won't close. The sinks are full of plums! All this greatly spoils the reputation of such a wonderful hospital!

You can no longer call it a hospital in the usual sense, but it still does not reach the clinic. Examinations, consultations, the attitude of doctors - everything is on top. It was not possible to make a correction at one time, they prescribed additional eye treatment. I arrived for correction a month later. The doctor examined and said that the treatment went well and you can make a correction, but another time. I was not pleasantly surprised. As it turned out, there were no operations scheduled for that day and the young specialist did not dare to carry it out. I insisted that the trip from Polotsk was not a low beam, plus asking for myself and an accompanying person at work. As a result, the correction was made. They did it for a long time, for 20 minutes for each eye. It hurts, it is unpleasant, it takes a long time. As I understand it, this is due to the lack of experience of the doctor. A couple of burnt spots on the retina and a terrible cut. But in the morning everything fell into place and there was no limit to the delight. A year has passed. Vision is stable 1. The cost is about the same compared to private clinics.

They were kept in the emergency room in very poor health from 15.00 to 20.30 +-
The approach for a serious enough disease (bleeding ulcers) in my opinion is just sooooo bad, with the same questions in another hospital, the approach was more serious and detailed, at discharge they said - they gave you a man alive - rejoice!!! Or, well, I'm sorry for being treated!!!
You can't call the doctor at all, they start shouting and telling the laws - that they say not all relatives can call (yes, there is such a thing, but upon admission no one warns a relative about it, who puts a person in the hospital), and you know what kind of condition when admission is bad, they can't really say anything in the certificate and registry or they don't know (a lot about it - horror!!!
Everything about treatment in this hospital!!!

They don't want to approach the patient, you ask for help to pull up the patient or help to turn, they go with such a look as if I called them to my house. I sat with my husband from morning till evening. There were days when the wards were not washed at all, but it was so that 3 wards were washed at once with one rag without rinsing. The dust has not been wiped once in the ward. When the patient was discharged, the bed was not processed and not wiped, just the bed linen was changed and that was it. About the food, I arrived on August 24 before breakfast to feed my husband (naturally I brought food with me), they give breakfast to everyone, they give a cutlet, but my husband does not (although he has been with them for a week), I ask the question: Why were we not given a cutlet? The barmaid's answer: It's over. If a person is tied down and does not understand a little, so then he is not a person and he does not need to eat? This so-called center leaves a very difficult aftertaste, where patients from all over the Republic are invited according to the directions. And there are so many elderly and disabled people nearby, but the center's employees are all right, just running to each other. It's a hard impression!!! There is not enough head in his place! There is an important point: the diagnosis is made by a doctor and it is good to have several opinions, views on each case, because your life may depend on it.

But there are problems getting there, because there is a limited amount of reception.
I encounter this phenomenon all the time, in the same polyclinics. 100 people need, for example, a halter study when there are 30 coupons available. Sometimes it takes perseverance to achieve acceptance.
