Parking is impossible! We did so many laps, it's good that we arrived in advance.. But, in the end, we almost missed the appointment.. Because paid services are made very stupidly.. Pay in the same building, on the 2nd floor.. And ultrasound and MRI are done in the next building... Everyone's running, the hospital staff can't really tell you anything.. No meaningful pointers..
We've been there 2 times, and we're always in a hurry and stressed.

My husband and I arrived for an MRI scan this morning. We went to the right department, the door was closed. We went through an open door on the other side of the building. The RCT was located there. The door to the office was open, and the doctor was sitting there. We politely asked where the MRI room was, since the front door was closed.
To which the doctor rudely replied that: if the door is closed, the MRI does not work (it is strange that the employee is not aware that people come only by appointment, and we obviously did not just pass by here), then raised her voice and asked WHAT YOU WANT FROM ME, IT'S RCT!!!
I understand that the profession of a doctor is difficult and nervous. However, I do not intend to tolerate such an attitude. I ask you to work with the staff and teach them how to communicate politely with people. People come to the hospital for a reason, it's well known. Many people are very nervous, but here, instead of just helping, calmly prompting and pointing out something, they are also shouting at us. This is an unacceptable situation! As disappointed as possible.

There are overlays on the time of admission: before an appointment with a cardiologist, you can do a cardiogram in 5 minutes, or you can wait in line for about an hour (depends on the time of year, time of day ...); the reception time is limited for the doctor, when unscheduled patients, emergency, of course, there are delays for patients by appointment.
A recent situation: I made an appointment with a doctor for a certain day and time. The doctor is on sick leave. On the plus side: we rescheduled the appointment for the same day to another doctor. Minus: the time was postponed for almost an hour and they did not call back, did not warn about the change in the appointment time, that they would have to go to another doctor. As a result, more than an hour was spent over the planned time. For a working person on a weekday, such a situation is no longer an overlay, but a violation of labor discipline. If it were not for the understanding on the part of the management, I would have to write an explanatory note for absence from the workplace in excess of what was agreed. I hope this situation will not happen again.
