I was not in the hospital itself, but I have frequent visitors in the emergency room. The doctors are friendly, they know their job, it's in childhood trauma, I don't know about an adult. You should not expect to be accepted quickly, you will definitely spend 2 hours. There is parking, 2 small ones. They are allowed to enter the territory, leave the patient, and leave.

I won't say about the whole hospital, but I was in the orthopedic department. The emergency room for planned hospitalization takes half a day. There is no toilet in the wards, there is only one toilet in the corridor, and in one department it is equipped for patients, in the other it is not equipped. In the department for orthopedic patients, beds are not equipped with devices on top so that patients can get up themselves. There is no medical staff call button. Call the post if you're lucky and they pick up the phone. The food is good, surgeons perform complex operations, wards for 4 people. After the operation, a rehabilitologist comes and shows you how to move.

My niece and her son, 1 year and 8 months old, were hospitalized in the pediatric orthopedic department with a fractured femur. During my visits to this institution, I got the impression that the medical staff and patients do not have a single goal. The feeling that everyone lives their own life. The attending physician, at my earnest request, tried to tell me how to change the position of the suspended part of the child's leg, in case he turns in one direction or another. Because It was not possible to lie on the back for three weeks, day and night. Showing me, he hurt the child, he didn't know for sure, but for some reason he constantly scolded his niece that she was doing this action incorrectly. She approached the nurses with a request to show them how to do it right, but they replied that they did not know themselves. In addition, the department itself with dark corridors, crowded with gurneys, also made a depressing impression.

I'll give you an example: you need to remove a papilloma. They will not send you for removal immediately, but will give you a coupon in a couple of days for a consultation, so that the doctor will first make his opinion from the inside. That's right, that's good. But one thing: the doctor you've been sitting under the door turns out to be a non-operating vegerologist. But at least he immediately writes a certificate so that the cash desk will refund the money for the consultation, which is not required. I suggest that the management conduct training seminars with the registrars more often on the profile of the clinic and the specializations of doctors. Thank you for reading this.

I often visit the transfusiology center. The staff is always polite. In the morning, there are 20 people standing right before the opening, you go inside, take a ticket, and still the waiting time does not exceed 5 minutes! There were 3 specialists working on the register in the morning - they do everything clearly, explain it in an accessible way. There are 2 nurses in each room, plus another office next to it, if I'm not mistaken, there is 1 more nurse. In just 15 minutes, we registered at the reception and served 18 people!! Considering that each patient if he immediately gave a referral and a passport, it would be even faster!!))) I also gave an injection there with a negative rhesus. This is the second time I've been stabbing, and it doesn't hurt at all. Blood is taken so quickly, calmly, without damaging veins, without bruising! In general, everything is on the level, professionally!!

I want to share my feedback. On October 5, I went to the gynecological department of the 6th Minsk City Hospital for a planned operation. My stay here turned out to be a little more than I expected. But all this time, from the first to the last day of my stay, I admired the care of all the staff, starting with the professionalism of the doctors, then the sensitive and careful attitude of the nurses, and of course, the nurses who keep the department clean and tidy, and also encourage the women.
I would like to express my special thanks to Tatyana Petrovna Kuchinskaya, head of the gynecological department. A high-level professional!!!!!
I also want to express my gratitude to Olga Vladimirovna Denesyuk, head of the Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care. It was she who took away my feeling of fear before the operation, and instilled 100% confidence that everything would be fine!!!! And then I had a chance to get acquainted with the team led by Olga Vladimirovna in the intensive care unit. There is no limit to my admiration here!!!!! Victoria Mikhailovna Petrovskaya, an anesthesiologist nurse, first of all, I experienced her sensitive care and attention to myself.
