Among the advantages: location, reception, private Parking next to the hotel, there is an elevator.
Among the disadvantages: Rooms at the podustavshie hotel.
Water was constantly dripping in the shower, plumbing needed to be replaced, and so did the mirror. Relatively clean. For taking water treatments, I recommend having rubber slippers.
There are no hygiene items .
The dispenser is just hanging on the wall, with the remnants of dried soap.
The outlet for the hair dryer is based on an "honest word".
As for the room, at first glance everything is fine.
But the linen that the bed is made with is either completely dirty, or half clean, because there was someone's hair on one of the pillows, the other pillow had a hole in the pillowcase. 2 sheets to hide with (namely sheets, not duvet covers), one smelled of clean linen, the second just stank terribly of socks. The bed linen is synthetic, electrified. The towels were clean.
The furniture in the room is not new, but it is not critical.
The lighting near the bed works, but not all the lamps. The lighting on the ceiling is not clear at all how it works, then it does not turn on at all, then it turns on with a delay.
There were insects in the room, as there is no mesh on the window. Sleeping with the window closed is stuffy, and there was no remote control for the air conditioner in this room.
As for breakfast.
The choice for breakfast is small, absolutely everything is cold. Except for boiling water.
There is no tea/coffee. The jars were just empty.

The hotel accommodation was fully paid to the supplier through the tour operator, the hotel was not checked in.
The staff is absolutely indifferent - the administrator and the manager did not even try to resolve this situation with the payment, which they "did not see". There was an offer from them to leave the hotel.
While the problem with accommodation was being solved, night fell. It's bitterly cold outside, and the staff only works until 6 p.m., after that there's not a sound.
In the end, one night was paid for in cash - it was shiveringly cold in the room, the wind blew out of the windows. A thin summer blanket is made of bed linen, it feels like just a synthetic sheet. There is an installation in the yard that makes a lot of noise and does not let you sleep.
I've never seen such a disgusting attitude towards guests. I strongly do not recommend it.

We were in October. We lived almost alone in the hotel. The location is great - right in the center, close to the park, springs, on the banks of the river, which was noisy through the windows, next to a good Pesvebi restaurant. The accommodation is quite decent by Georgian standards, but still a hotel. The staff is very friendly, ready to help and advise. The rooms are quite comfortable. The bathroom, as in many places, is not very comfortable - the shower is in the middle, although with a curtain, but still the whole floor is in water after use. And the audibility is probably very good when the hotel is fully occupied.But in principle, we are quite satisfied.
