We stayed at this beautiful hotel on 04/23/2025 (there were 3 of us)...The room is not big, but clean and cozy.Everything is there (kettle, mugs, tea )The host is very hospitable and friendly! How nice it was when the host found out that we were late for the train to Samarkand,without thinking, he started the car and drove to the railway station , and then grabbed our backpacks and ran with us to the train ... at this moment , you feel warmth and insane kindness of heart 💜We recommend 💜We wanted to stay further in this hotel,but Samarkand was waiting for us..thank you..We definitely recommend it !🫂

The main advantage of this hotel is its location, 2 minutes and you are already close to the historical center. Simple, cramped, but clean. If you come to the room just to spend the night, then it's quite normal. Breakfast is not included in the price. The cost of breakfast (2 eggs and a tasteless sausage), in my opinion, is too high. But there is a kettle in the room, so you can have breakfast in the room. The service is normal.

A nice small hotel within walking distance from the Central Square. All major attractions are within easy reach. The owner is a young guy of 28 years old, his sister also works at the hotel. Maintains cleanliness and accommodates guests. Nice guys who are always ready to help. We had a small double room with all amenities and a luxurious bed. Breakfast was also included in the accommodation,
I recommend the hotel with pleasure.

A very decent guest house, a warm atmosphere, good rooms, there are little things, but they did not spoil the impression. The breakfasts are great, I eat a lot, but I had enough, just at home, but everything is sound and delicious. Early check-in without problems, if there are rooms, we were checked in at 11, friends at 8 in the morning, without any questions.It's a cool courtyard, now I'm sitting in it with a beer and writing a review.

A nice and inexpensive hotel in the city center. Good value for money, of course not a five-star hotel, but it is quite decent for such a price. A very nice and helpful host. The price included hearty and delicious breakfasts. We liked everything. They were at the end of July 2023.

An old house in need of repair, so there are cracks, but it's not about them. There was nothing but toilet paper, no soap, no soap dish, no brush cup. We gave it to you on demand, but not a new one... There is no chair in the room. It is warm (January) in the room. Breakfast is monotonous-scrambled eggs + fruit, green tea, flatbread. You can order porridge. There is a kitchen, you can use it, but its condition is very deplorable. It might be old, but at least it's clean.... So is the refrigerator... The owners live almost immediately, always in touch. They change money on request, at a good rate. The car will take you wherever you say. Because of the cold weather, the table is set in the hallway at the reception, it is cold in the covered courtyard.

An average hotel. The location is good, the sights are 2 steps away. There is a good bathroom, there are no shelves/ closet for things in the room - there are not enough hangers for outerwear for all things. Our window overlooked a tiny courtyard; the rest of the rooms overlook the common area, that is, a large corridor. Day on the street or night, it is difficult to understand. Breakfast is on time, but out of 3 times, 2 times the scrambled eggs were cold. There are few outlets. There is a thick layer of dust on the bedside tables on the bottom shelf.

A good location relative to the old town, but in the evening, and in the afternoon, walking is not particularly pleasant. I would call it a gateway, narrow dark streets. Clean enough, quiet enough. The breakfasts are very mediocre. Scrambled eggs with "snotty" protein, fruits, pickled beetroot)
