The hotel is decent. Clean, delicious breakfasts: eggs, semolina porridge, cottage cheese, cheeses, pastries... the rooms are clean, everything is there. The staff is helpful. It is located close to all the sights of the old town. The only thing that surprised me was the lack of windows to the street (in our usual understanding). There are windows to the courtyard, but it's like a window inside the building.

A great mini-hotel.
Near the center, all the sights of the center are accessible on foot.
The price-quality ratio is excellent.
On the 1st floor in August, the room does not even heat up, you can not use the air conditioner.
The breakfast is good and varied. Good coffee.
The rooms and the hotel itself are decorated with a Bukhara flavor. There is a patio.

The hotel is located in a good location near a tourist street with many restaurants, cafes and shops. The staff is friendly, the amenities in the room are simple in terms of the quality of the linen, for example, but overall the impression is pleasant. The hotel is in the local flavor, the breakfasts are delicious) the price/quality ratio is excellent!)

The hotel is wonderful, charming, clean, cozy. There are many details that create a special local historical atmosphere. The breakfast is very tasty, there are many dishes: sliced vegetables, fruits, sweets, pancakes, cottage cheese, sour cream, scrambled eggs, drinks to choose from. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is working, the shower is clean, there is no leak or drip anywhere. Bed linen and towels are spotless. The hotel is located in the center, not far from the sights. You can walk to them along a pleasant narrow street.

The hotel itself is nothing - the rooms are normal, clean, there are no complaints here. Breakfasts are also acceptable, which is rare for Uzbekistan (well, or I was unlucky with them neither in Samarkand nor in Tashkent).
but
The attitude of the owner is as indifferent as possible, if not worse:
1. It started from the threshold, when he tried to force me to pay some more tax for each day (in addition to the usual tour.collection). After my resistance, he really gave up.
2. Everywhere everyone was satisfied when dollars were converted into soums at the exchange rate of the Central Bank (local), but not him - he resisted that there was a different exchange rate and he needed 10 thousand more (this despite the fact that I just wanted to pay in local currency).
3. I accidentally booked a room for 3 days instead of 4, so I spent the first day in another room. When moving from one room to another, I was forced to walk for 2 hours, as at the first check-in (check-in from 2), although there were already 3 rooms available.
4. Everything you ask or ask is ignored. On the last day in the morning, she warned me that I would leave at night and I needed a dry one.rations instead of breakfast. They said it would be ready by 22.00. It's unclear why wait all day if they obviously collected it from the remains of today's breakfast, but okay. I couldn't go to bed - I was waiting for this damn ration (and I have a sleepless night on the road ahead), the result is 22.00, nothing is ready, no one knows anything. I had to wait until 22.30, when they collected this "miracle" from 2 pancakes, a couple of pieces of cheese and a cracked egg. I couldn't sleep afterwards.
5. Well, the finale: theft. When moving from one room to another, I forgot a blouse that was drying on a hanger. I came to my senses after 2 days, during which time there was no one there except the cleaner, but again a "miracle": a blouse was missing. The cleaner got a call, she says, "yes, I saw it, I left it in the closet" - but all the closets in the room are empty - wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. And neither the owner nor the hotel staff have any worries about this - no one cares, I'm silent about compensation - they didn't even apologize. I was glad that I didn't let the maids clean the room - I don't know what else I wouldn't have counted.
Update: I was leaving the hotel at 3 a.m. and in the empty lobby I ran into an elderly couple from America who were anxiously waiting for a taxi that the owner promised to order for them - in my experience it was clear that these promises were worthless, so they went to the station in the car that I called for myself. I'm JUST FURIOUS - how can you be so stupid as to leave your guests in a foreign country, even though he knew that they didn't even have a phone (the SIM card bought in America for Uzbekistan turned out to be not working) to order a taxi yourself. And even at night, when they have no one else to turn to. Where does the owner live, or at least one of the staff - it is unclear - break into the rooms of other guests? It's not even a bad service anymore - it's BESTIALITY.

The rooms are very beautiful inside. The beds are clean and snow-white, the bathroom is also clean. The only thing that smells is the curtains, they should be replaced. The breakfast was delicious and the accommodation was fast. The courtyard inside is small, but we were in the fall, it was not useful to us.

🇺🇿👌Uzbekistan is a warm, hospitable country with a thousand-year history and the insane cordiality of the inhabitants! This is a medieval fairy tale, fantastic mosques and mausoleums, and a lot of positive things.
In Bukhara, we stayed for 2 nights in this hospitable hotel! . It's cozy, delicious, safe and I didn't want to leave at all. An oriental fairy tale, everything is decorated with colorful, beautiful taste! The hosts are incomparable, friendly, hospitable. The breakfasts are above all praise : delicious at home , a large selection of dishes , thank you very much to the hostess! Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for their professionalism and hospitality! We will recommend the hotel! We wish you health, success and prosperity! There are only good memories left.

The hotel is very clean and cozy. It is located within walking distance from Labi House. The street itself, where the hotel is located, fascinates and enchants with its atmosphere. It seemed to me that the owners themselves work at the hotel - it is very warm and cozy in a family way. The rooms are clean. The breakfasts are delicious and dense - in my photo, the table is not fully filled yet. A little later, the hostess will bring more plates, but I have not photographed. Coffee beans. It may be worth updating the bed linen and towels already. Otherwise, everything is great and I will definitely return to this hotel! I recommend it!

I liked everything very much! The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, among all the main attractions, while very quiet and peaceful. Very cozy, small, with a soul, atmosphere, zest. Good beds, mattresses, bed linen, blankets, pillows. Excellent variety of delicious buffet breakfasts, but with Uzbek specifics - samsa, baklava, manti, etc. We understood that the hotel owner himself works at the reception - very attentive, caring, will tell you everything, will help in everything, etc. I highly recommend it - I want to come back here!

A nice little hotel in the very center of Bukhara. Everything seems to be fine, but I was disappointed that the next day after check-in they demanded to pay some kind of fee, $ 3 for every day, and I booked and PAID for the hotel in advance. There is no dental kit in the room. The TV does not work, or rather there is a set-top box and now it is not paid, there are no subscriptions, it is proposed to pay for a subscription. The breakfasts are average, delicious, but there is little choice.

The location of the hotel is good (in the old town) but the cost of accommodation does not correspond to the hotel.
The rooms are not cozy with old furniture and furnishings. Breakfasts are meager, instant coffee. The staff is kind-hearted, but it does not save.
For this money, hotels in Samarkand and Tashkent are much better.
I do not recommend the hotel, at least for this money.

Overall, the hotel is not bad. Great location, right in the center of the old town. The sights are just around the corner, 5 minutes on foot and you're there. The hotel is small. We had a large room with 3 beds, despite the fact that there were two of us. The breakfasts are quite varied, cooked by the hostess, there are many national dishes and there were even strawberries.
Of the cons: only instant coffee is available, there was not enough universal food for people like me (there are many national dishes that I don't really like). In the morning, when checking out at the reception, there was no one at all and we could not find the staff. We left the suitcases and a note on top, indicating the time when we would come for them. In the evening, when they returned for the suitcases, they again found no one except the suitcase and the residence document on them. And they left without saying goodbye))

The hotel is in the center, it looks great. But we never got to live there!
We arrived in the evening around 9-10. At the reception, they searched for our reservation for a long time (it was for three days), as a result, they told us "You probably booked a long time ago." In general, our room was just given to someone.
We were moved into a nearby guest house. On the first night - in a room for two, although there were three of us. We made a discount of only 15% for all this.
I give a low rating (2) for this attitude. I do not give the lowest rating (1), because in general the hotel looks good, we went there for breakfast - it was delicious and clean.

A great place, I highly recommend it for a rest, the owner and his mother personally received us at the reception, we rested on August 17-24, slowly walked around the whole of Bukhara, had a great rest! Everything looks great, BUT paying in advance (maybe it coincided of course) you risk not getting to this hotel. We were in May and arrived at this "hotel" at night and found out that there were no places in it. A good reason was given. After the proceedings with the Island (a little later), the reason has already become different. But in fact, it all looks like just a hoax. It's better not to get involved. There are many more worthy places nearby.

Wonderful people helped to deliver the forgotten talisman to Tashkent. There is such a means of transportation in Uzbekistan up to five kopecks. The hotel format is not usual for a Russian person, the window overlooks the courtyard of the house located with the letter O. Breakfast is good. It is located on a narrow street 4 meters wide at most, the car passes with difficulty. But the navigator knows this hotel, leads correctly. It may be difficult to move along these streets, because of the rare cars parked. The entire ancient part of Bukhara consists of such streets. It is very unusual, it looks like either Istanbul or Baku.
