the breakfast is good, delicious👌🏻 the location is good, there are many attractions nearby, the embankment and not far from the T1 tram stop. The staff is friendly, but we didn't come across any Russian speakers) The bed is large, comfortable, there was not much space in our room personally) There is a kettle and glasses, tea/coffee, refrigerator, water is replenished every day, it seems.
The air conditioner was working properly, there is an elevator, but it is small. on the terrace where breakfast is served, you can also have dinner, but the prices are too high now) just like everywhere else in Istanbul
of the cons, it's a little dirty, the water from the shower stall spills beyond its limits. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, but not critically

The staff is pleasant and helpful in general, the receptionist speaks Russian, and in general, all good people! the breakfasts are ordinary, there is plenty to choose from.the location is excellent-the main attractions are nearby. The service is normal, the staff speaks Russian. The economy room smelled of sewage, the standard room was fine: linen was clean, plumbing was working well, cleaning was done every day. The hotel is three storeys high, not in a "slum". Sultanahmet Square is a 10-minute walk away. Good breakfasts on the covered terrace there is an opportunity to have dinner in the hotel restaurant with a 10% discount. There are many cafes and markets nearby. I recommend the hotel.

We went to the restaurant of this hotel to warm up and have a snack. The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the hotel and there is an elevator, we sat at the window with a beautiful view of the sea, asked to make it warmer indoors and the guys did everything. We took 2 hot fish soups, and the guys additionally brought us several mugs of coffee and tea. The price tag is good, the staff is polite, the soup was also very tasty. The impressions are only positive, not like in the previous one, where we were openly deceived...

Friendly staff. They treat them with understanding and try to make it comfortable and good for the client. In addition, the receptionist at the reception speaks Russian fluently. We ordered and paid for a double room, but since we were with a child, we were presented with a triple room without any additional charges and other difficulties. Spacious, comfortable and comfortable. I recommend this hotel for accommodation. Our thanks to the administration and staff!

Service without complaints.
The staff is young and helpful. Nothing was denied.
The room is clean, daily cleaning. There are not enough towel hooks in the bathroom and there is not enough shelf for soap and soap accessories.

Young cats looked in the window and fought on our windowsill))
The breakfasts are very decent for 3 stars, without frills of course, but quite good.
Overall, a great hotel in the heart of the historical part of Istanbul.
The price-quality ratio is at an excellent level!

After reading the reviews, it seems that people stayed in a completely different hotel...You can't even give this hotel one star, let alone 5☹️ let's probably start:
- the bed linen is dirty, just dirty!
- white towels with a characteristic yellowish tint
- there is a musty smell in the room, but you can still close your eyes to it...
- there is an incredible smell of sewage in the toilet, even in public toilets it does not smell like that! It's just disgusting, you're constantly throwing up for obvious reasons...and this smell gets into the room, you open the window, and there are motorcyclists racing and people walking around chatting, you close the door and sleep as if everyone went to the toilet right next to you🙂
If you respect yourself, then never in your life under any pretext, you will not be brought to this "fragrant" apple hotel. It's a pity, it's impossible to convey the fragrance of the hotel rooms through photos...I've stayed in hostels more than once and it's worse than a hostel...

It's just terrible!!! I fell for past reviews and booked a room here. The photos do not match reality at all. The room is all shabby, the bed linen is dirty, everything is covered in some kind of hair, the towels are yellow, the bathroom stinks of sewage (very strongly), because of the smell I opened the window, but you can't sleep with the window open, because mopeds and cars are constantly driving here, and even the brush is broken in the toilet, it's tin It's simple!!! Avoid this hotel!

The location in the historical center is very convenient. Sultanahmet is 2 minutes away. Delicious breakfast, the staff is always ready to help. The Wi-Fi is working. The rooms are small, but cozy and colorful. Clean, cleaning every day. We used a transfer from and to the airport, payment at the hotel. The taxi driver met me at the airport, and at the end of the trip we left the hotel on time.
