The hotel is located in the center. We stayed only for the night, the service was only met at the reception, everything is fine. We had a suite, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms. The decoration is at the level of the Soviet Union, but clean and pleasant. The restaurant was not used, since there was a corporate there, but there are several decent cafes nearby. We liked it, we stayed there for the second time.

We stayed on a business trip, we liked everything and even the air conditioning was and you won't believe it even worked, good halls on each floor with a panoramic window and sofas, in general we liked everything. Excellent Soviet hotel! The standard room is simply huge - with a full living room, a bedroom and two bathrooms! The furniture is Soviet, like the whole interior, but in excellent condition! The room is clean! There is a huge refrigerator, kettle, cutlery, bathroom accessories, a pot-bellied TV! The only thing I didn't find was a hair dryer :) But maybe he just hid somewhere)
View from the window to the central pedestrian boulevard. There is a parking lot!
There is an excellent cafe "Lakomka" with excellent pastries within walking distance, I advise you to visit it)

When you need to warm up somewhere very early in winter, the restaurant of this hotel just opens at 7.30 and it's wonderful! In my opinion, the taste of the menu is weak, as well as the dishes themselves are more suitable not for a restaurant, but for a dining room. However, the staff is very hospitable, so I did not dare to put two points. In addition, there was nowhere else to go at such a time, and therefore many thanks that the restaurant was open, worked and fed!

A very nice hotel, there were standard and suite rooms: in both categories there are two bathrooms, there is everything you need: a refrigerator, an electric kettle, dishes, a hairdryer, a towel and soap. Very clean. The suite is furnished with natural oak, two rooms and a kitchen with a microwave and a refrigerator, in the bathroom, in addition to towels, terry bathrobes. I liked everything very much, super!

The hotel corresponds to its class. A very modest hotel. It was clean, the room was small, the plumbing was working properly. I'm shooting a star for the cigarette smell in the room. But this is not critical for this hotel. For fans of "white sheets" you definitely won't like it.))) We went on May holidays with friends and children, and it so happened that we were left without a hotel. The booking of the house according to the photo did not correspond to reality at all. In this regard, I had to urgently look for a place to spend the night at 11 a.m. After visiting several hotels, the Belarus Hotel turned out to be our salvation. Many thanks to the administrator, total peace of mind and help to us, at 2 a.m.
Breakfast starts at 10 a.m. The coffee is delicious. There is a cafe 2 houses away, you can buy coffee.
In general, the price corresponds to the quality.

The attitude of some employees towards their official duties is a bit shocking.
We checked in on 07/25/2022 at 22.00 - everything went well, there was a client-oriented administrator at the reception, S.V. Mironets.
The next morning, we decided to extend the room, after indicating our intentions, the administrator Klimuk Zh.N offered to come over later, because she was busy talking on her personal phone, but after a minute she still knocked out a check, with the phrase: pick up the supporting documents later, I also informed her that we would decide on paying for breakfast by the end of the day - we want it or not.
It was still somehow clear, there are different life situations…
The evening came, at about 19.55 I came to the reception to pay for breakfast: Klimuk Zh. reactionN struck me- the administrator was outraged, why didn't I do it right away, although I notified about it in advance and in general we don't have to tell anyone anything when and what we want to pay.
She further informed me that she was busy again and could pay in half an hour - it was a shock, because at the time of each request I was the only customer who wanted to apply. With two requests, I have to wait and return twice to perform simple actions of a specialist.
And so, I sat down and waited for my spouse to come out for an evening walk, at this time the administrator thought that I was sitting and waiting for a specialist to deign to accept payment, where I was offered, instead of a budget nutritional complex that I can pay with a discount in advance - choose in the morning from the menu and pay at the time of order- there is only one caveat in all this - prices vary, to which my answer was: we are completely satisfied with the complex and for this I came to pay for it!
After another minute of waiting, having done a favor, my payment was accepted!
Dear management, please pay attention to the work of some of your specialists, walking 2 times to solve trivial issues that fall within the competence of your specialists leaves a negative imprint on your guests.
On my own behalf, I suggest that you take measures to eliminate such cases.
Future guests, your attention, the hotel is clean, the restaurant is great for a quick, convenient and local meal.
The quality surpasses the pricing policy!!this is a separate plus for the administration and employees of the restaurant.
