Excellent hotel, I didn't find any disadvantages, everything is top-notch. Very friendly and hospitable staff, excellent breakfasts, cozy spacious room, cleanliness, beauty, despite the fact that I booked a room just a couple of days in advance. I didn't notice when booking that there is a gym and a spa, I didn't take things for this, but I hope I will get to Minsk and try them out)
The location is amazing, I think there is no better place for a tourist to find - everything is nearby, it is suitable for walking

A good hotel with well-trained staff. We settled in quickly, helped with Parking and luggage.
The standard room turned out to be very spacious, with a balcony facing the main street. There were all cosmetic accessories, a bathrobe and slippers, and water.
We didn't have time to visit the spa area. Breakfast was also not appreciated, as it was not included in the room rate.
I recommend the hotel.

Everything is great - service, courtesy, location, breakfast, cleaning, spa, design (old fashion). Even there are enough outlets, the area is full of cafes and restaurants, and taxis arrive quickly. The Russian world map is accepted.
But I would like more modern lighting, at least bedside lighting. I couldn't find a stronger light bulb for comfortable reading - I read ordinary books, not electronic ones. I managed the safe only with the help of security

Nice hotel, we stay three times. Located in the very center, the main attractions are just around the corner. The room was double, convenient for two children. The rooms have everything you need. They clean up and bring water daily. Among the disadvantages: expensive breakfasts, and you have to pay the full cost for the children (280 Belarusian rubles for four, for this money you can go to the best restaurants in the city with drinks). The rooms are a little worn out, but it's not critical yet. 4.5 out of 5. Maybe the weather ruined the impression of the trip.

Decent breakfasts - fish, caviar, champagne. Yes, they don't cook hot food to order, but these are nuances. The spa is small, but quite normal for a city hotel, we got there when there were no guests, so everything is fine too.

I'm a pretty picky traveler, and I don't share the excitement of the previous reviews. First of all, let's talk about the advantages. They are there! Of course, there is a great spa complex and a small pool in it. I enjoyed using it, it was great for one, two, or three people at the same time, but it was too much. It is convenient to take the elevator down to the ground floor in a bathrobe and immediately find yourself in the SPA). I really liked the pastel linen, mattress, blanket and bed in the standards of this hotel. From my experience, traveling to make you feel comfortable at home is a rarity! The constantly cracking plastic of the air conditioner may have been just my bad luck in this particular room. Wi-Fi works great, the speed is 60-70 MB per minute. No complaints about room cleaning
Now the cons. They are right there). Well, first of all, the quality of the room is not five, but four stars. The rooms are very modestly furnished, the furniture is tired, and the rooms themselves too. I missed the comfort of the Sheraton and hilton. It is clear that they saved on room comfort and the designer either did not or did not fit. The bathroom has very tired plumbing, all of it. The overhead shower immediately flooded my bathroom, and a master came to change it. There is no watering can holder, it must be held in your hand. This is the first time I've seen this in 5 stars). Anyway, it's uncomfortable… Although, it's a matter of taste, of course. The breakfasts are normal, but again there is no coffee machine and no boiler with boiling water for tea. Tea and coffee should be requested from the waiters, who may or may not bring it quickly, because there are many of us).
Location: you are in the very center of Minsk. With a view of the courtyard, it's tolerable, with a view of the road, I can't imagine how to sleep, because it's noisy, and the windows are tired too, like everything else. Check the map if you haven't been to Minsk before. There will only be expensive restaurants with prices from the center of Moscow + near you, there are no canteens and chain cafes nearby. Not at all. As a result, I will not recommend or recommend it, but I myself am moving to the President 5 star Hotel – 600 m from the Europa hotel, where I went and looked at the rooms with my own eyes, and there they are much more comfortable, as for me)

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. Large, spacious room, luxurious beds with snow-white linens. The room has everything from toothpaste to tea and coffee. We lived on the third floor with a view of the square. There are many places of interest within walking distance. The location is great!!!! There is a retro tram tour nearby, we took a ride, we were satisfied.

This is our home hotel practically. Very helpful staff from reception to security guards.
The hotel is well located, the city center, everything is within walking distance.
The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The plastic spoons in the coffee corner were a little confused, but maybe it's temporary?!
One of the latest innovations is a cockatoo parrot in a huge cage on the second floor. That's for sure you won't oversleep, in the morning he screams in a bad voice. But OK, he didn't bother us at all.

Clean and cozy rooms, beautiful view from the room, friendly and courteous staff, delicious but not very varied breakfasts. I was slightly disappointed with the bathroom in the room: the faucet in the bathroom was equipped with a shower, but there was no way to use it, which meant that you had to use only the shower built into the wall, which was inconvenient. In this regard, the bathroom was regularly flooded with water from the shower, and it was not possible to take a shower without wetting your head.

Great hotel, great location in the city center. There is a Spa area, sauna, hammam, swimming pool, Jacuzzi. There is an underground parking. The staff is attentive, friendly, and all issues are resolved quickly. The room was spacious, excellent bed linen, no foreign odors. Breakfast is a bit expensive for a buffet, but everything was very tasty, especially the sausages, I highly recommend it to everyone, and if it's especially the first time in Belarus, then this is a big plus to the impressions!

The hotel is frankly for 4⭐️. The room is on the 6th floor, it has a beautiful view, but the room itself feels "tired". The bed is not 5⭐️ high, it's hard, and I couldn't rest. Chairs require dry cleaning. In general, the room would be decent without these nuances. There is tea, sugar, kettle and tea in the room... plastic teaspoons. The bathroom was surprised by the sleeves of the dressing gowns, which were literally washed to holes. Holes on the edges of the sleeves! Bathroom accessories were changed to the required amount, but you need to bring them daily for 2 people. But the maid was wiping what she had started and putting it back. For 5 stars, such pettiness is amazing. The cosmetics themselves are quite pleasant, I don't know the manufacturer because they are generally new, but they didn't dry out, and thanks for that. Now about breakfast. I don't know who's squeaking with delight about caviar, I don't eat it, but the rest is very so-so. Some slicing, some vegetables. Absolutely unappetizing-looking pancakes, "fried" bacon, pale fried sausages. Desserts didn't appeal either. Everything is pale and gray. The porridge was delicious. There are several types of bread, milk, cereals, everything is like everyone else's, I won't say anything. To summarize. The hotel is good, if you don't expect five stars from it, you won't be disappointed. 3-4 is quite good. The chic location in the center will more than cover many nuances.

Great location in the heart of Minsk. A beautifully recreated building. Normal breakfasts at the hotel. The service is good. There is even a semblance of a library in the lobby.
But! The cost does not match the quality. There may be odors in the rooms. My room smelled like a milk collection point. The bathroom needed repair - the protective glass was leaking so that at least you could pump it off the floor. The air conditioning in the room was not regulated - I called the technical service three times.

A beautiful hotel in the center of Minsk from which you can walk to the main attractions of the capital of Belarus. Purity. Cosiness. Professional, polite and attentive staff.
I especially liked the balcony with a view of the intersection of two beautiful historical avenues: Lenin St. and St. International.
A trick that remained in my memory: a piano near the entrance, on which beautiful familiar modern and classical melodies are performed in the evenings. Minsk sparkling wine on the balcony of the 5th floor to the sounds of the piano, flying through the city noise, applauding passers-by who unwittingly became spectators is the brightest and kindest memory of Belarus, of Minsk, of the Europa Hotel. A great hotel in the historical center of Minsk, I liked everything. Any questions are resolved at the reception. High-quality breakfasts, excellent restaurant cuisine. The main advantage of the Europa Hotel is its location - one of the most beautiful places in Minsk.
But, as for the hotel itself, there is, of course, something to work on.
The hotel positions itself as one of the best in Minsk. Everything will be fine if you correct some points:
- there is an urgent need for greater cordiality on the part of the reception staff towards the guests. If this is a really strong 5 check-in, then the reception staff is obliged to greet and smile every time they see a guest (and it doesn't matter how many times a day they see this guest). The guest should feel that he is very welcome here, and repeated politeness, in this case, is mandatory. In fact, at the Europa Hotel, when seeing a guest, some reception staff quickly turned away and actively looked at the computer monitor - into the ignore zone, just not to say hello (I'm not talking about such an opportunity to stand up and say hello). I defiantly had to be the first to greet the hotel staff for the first 2 days, but then I gave up on this thankless task. Well, if this is not accepted here, then what can we do. The security service was even more welcoming. The management needs to work with the staff.
- the cleaning is very average. I even saw cobwebs on the wall before the wall lamp. Cups are poorly washed. The bed is made in a strange way: I wrapped it up in the morning - and after cleaning, nothing has changed. After talking to the maid, the situation changed. There were no complaints, the cleaning was good.
- we took two rooms. In one room there was no very unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but in the second room there was such a terrible smell, as if something was going out there, or, as other guests accurately noted in the reviews, it smelled like a dairy, the smell is still the same. And water is constantly flowing through the glass partition in the bathroom and the floor is all damp (in both rooms). They talked about it at the reception - to no avail. The girls at the reception asked us to transfer this request to other reception staff tomorrow morning (apparently they did not want to bother with this issue and decided to pass the problem on to their colleagues) Judging by the reviews that were left here, the problem of stink in the bathroom and running water on the floor is categorically not solved.
- breakfasts - well, so-so, the masterpieces characteristic of 5 stars, of course, are not. I was surprised that there is no way to ask for a scramble or a poached egg. At our request, we were told that there are fried eggs on the buffet here. To understand, if this is the best 5-star hotel in the city, then this is nonsense, this should not be, please reconsider the possibility of cooking these dishes for guests at their request. And the proposed glaze was probably fried in sunflower (and not butter) oil, because its edges had such an unpleasant dryish crust.
As for the promised live musical accompaniment during breakfast, during the 5 days of stay at the hotel, the pianist played the piano only once.
And another point, if this is a 5-star hotel, then the waiters should be alert and quickly remove used dishes from the tables, catch the eyes of the guests to come up and ask what else they would like. Moreover, there were a minimum of guests, the largest 3-4 breakfast tables. (This remark applies specifically to 5-star hotels. If it were a 4-star hotel of "medium tailoring", then such requests on my part would not sound). There was no such activity on the part of the waiters here.
And as for desserts, they are spinning on a closed glass display case and you need to ask the waiter to take out one or another cake from there (in fact, it is not very convenient to "get" to the cakes this way). In addition, it feels like the cakes are not morning, but they have been lying in the window for more than one day, as if they were cherished, beautiful, but not tasty. They were taken only once.
- well, the upholstered furniture in the hall is already so old, the leather on the sofas is all cracked, it begs to be replaced.
Of the advantages:
1. There is an underground parking (paid), since we travel by car, this point is very important for us.
2. Excellent location of the hotel, the best in Minsk.
I would like the review to be read not by the girls at the reception, but by the hotel management. Well, after all, about the unpleasant smell in the bathroom of a 5-star hotel, how many complaints are written in the reviews, and the standard answer is: "we will fix it."
The idea of the hotel is a great location - gorgeous. You just need to work on improving the service, train the staff, and invest a little more financially in the hotel so that you end up with the declared chic best five-star hotel in Minsk!

A very beautiful old hotel, one of the best locations in terms of hiking, everything is at hand (sights, beautiful places, the embankment, cafes and restaurants) in the city center, the railway station is also nearby!
Metro and bus stops to all parts of the city are also nearby, at a glance!

Very nice hotel. Before that, we stayed in Minsk in other 5-star hotels, this one is the most optimal in terms of location. Classic style, lots of wood, the rooms are large. We had a room with a balcony and a view of the city hall. Everything you need in the room is available. Parking was paid underground, 39 b.r. per day, but you can park the car in front of the entrance to the hotel behind the chain, but there are not many places there. We didn't take breakfast, we like to go to cafes. A small spa is located on the 1st floor, included in the price, we went a couple of times, there were no people. I really liked the hotel staff, starting from the doormen, ending with the maids - all friendly, friendly and attentive. Many thanks to everyone for their hard work!!! We will definitely come back!!!

I'll start with the cons: The room was filled with cigarettes from the ventilation. Apparently, someone was smoking in the room. They also brought us towels that smelled terribly of tobacco smoke. It's not pleasant.

Quite a pretentious place, interesting interiors. Convenient location. Clean, tidy, friendly staff. But some kind of comfort is not the most comfortable... I wanted to turn off the air conditioner, it turns off, but it still makes noise all the time. The decoration of the rooms is old, but it's even interesting. I didn't like the breakfast very much, but it was quite passable. The cleaning is very good, hygiene products are updated every day.
I must admit, I didn't really understand why the price of accommodation was so high. If only because of the location, then this is a minus one star in the review) So far, I'm putting all 5 in advance with the hope that improvements are coming.

It is strange that the hotel belongs to the 5-star category, my subjective assessment is 3 stars, both in terms of the level of work of the staff and the level of the room. I travel quite often and have stayed in hotels of different categories, so there is something to compare it with. It is worth starting with the fact that upon check-in they offered a modest room on the last - 7th floor of the hotel (the floor is filled with tables, chairs, the way to the room through plastic doors like in a hospital, well, in general, I think you understood the feeling), with a strange closed door and a view of a piece of the roof of the hotel with a fence. Although a completely different room was booked - a "spacious" room with a "magnificent panoramic" view. When contacting the reception with a request to replace the room, they offered another one with a view of the courtyard, but at least similar to the one that was booked. There was no apology or compliment from the hotel. There were two guests staying with us, but everything in the room was only for one person (one set of towels, a bathrobe, etc.), i.e. the room was not prepared, additional accessories were never delivered. Near the bed, the floor was sinking under the synthetic carpet. The room is tired, the plumbing is old and mold is noticeable. Chinese-made cosmetics, which surprises the hotel by positioning itself at 5 stars. During the check-out, no one asked about our impressions, as they do even in hotels without stars. The room is not worth that much money, I will not recommend it.
As a result, the hotel is losing customers. My friends organize vip class tourist trips and considered this hotel, alas, but now they will choose another one.
