Great location. But the hotel is very very modest, for very unassuming tourists. Clean and good linen. Modest monotonous breakfasts. A huge minus is that it is cold in the rooms, at a temperature of +10, in the room 17 degrees, the double-glazed window is thin, the wind walks through the room

This hotel shocked us. I don't know where such enthusiastic responses come from.
We arrived at 8 p.m.
Upon check-in, the receptionist grabbed an air freshener and ran to the room, returned for us and escorted us out.
Next in order:
1. The corridor is very strange with a bunch of steps, high and not comfortable going up and down. The walls in the corridor are cracked in places. There is a cooler without cups
2. The number. The receptionist did his best and put us in a suite (thanks to him), but the suite looked like an office. From the doorway, we saw a sofa laid out, as it turned out in the living room. They wanted to put it down, but there was garbage inside and under it, obviously, too, and they didn't touch it. The floor was dirty. The piece of paper with the Wi-Fi password is crumpled. Do you feel sorry for the papers? The bathroom tiles are cracked. The shower is leaking onto the floor. The bathroom floor is heated (at +30, probably so that the shower water dries). The air conditioner is only in the living room and does not cool at all, and it's only March... There are bathrobes, but there are no hangers in the bedroom. This is the most uncomfortable and awkward hotel that I have seen in 15 years of constant travel.
I found a maid to tell me that we don't need to clean (there are no signs), she told me in response: we have cleaning on request (I wasn't going to). I might have guessed.
3. We were dreading breakfast. And they managed to surprise us! The hall is in the process of renovation. Dust, overturned furniture, some bags, tools. At the entrance, a woman came up and said, "I'll find a place to put you." Planted in the middle of this chaos. When asked what was going on, she said that they were preparing for the season, for the guests. Aren't we guests? I have never seen such a disrespectful attitude anywhere else. Do you have an empty hotel, bring food to the room, or could you at least set two tables in the lobby? Yes, even on the street, but not like that! They offered scrambled eggs for breakfast (and they couldn't fry them properly, they spread all over) and asked if they needed a sausage. Need. They gave me a 3in1 bag of makkofe, some kind of roll, half a cucumber, a tomato and a cold flatbread. There was a kettle on the table by the entrance to make coffee. There are no words. We had breakfast at the construction site, thanks for not eating too much. There's a bird's nest on the side of the wall, which is very cute, by the way.
A day of this joy cost almost $ 50
Among the advantages: a comfortable bed, clean linen and location.
If you need to sleep in the center for $ 50, it's fine. Otherwise, it's a nightmare.

Great location, friendly staff. Everything is at home.
Decent rooms, even if not with a super-fresh renovation, but everything is neat. What is very important when traveling is high-quality mattresses.
