Quite a decent hotel.Not far from the highway, there is no need to spin around the city. The staff is polite. The rooms are not large but comfortable. Clean, cozy. There is a cafe in the hotel building, a parking lot, a nearby shop within walking distance. The prices are reasonable.

We are riding around the country for the second summer season, there is something to compare it with. For which 5 stars. The Internet is really fast. The TV shows high quality. The refrigerator is large and freezes. The furniture is cabinet-made, but without chips, linen, curtains, walls are clean.Paintings. Doors and locks were not kicked out.. The water was hot. The bathroom is clean, working, the tile is intact. Pine trees, lots of shops nearby. It would be possible to remove half a ball for the mattress and the lack of a hood in the bathroom, but this will disappear against the background of the advantages. Clean, modest, and tasteful.

We booked a room with my wife on the eve of arrival.Initially, we were informed that there were no available rooms, allegedly some delegation had occupied everything. Miraculously, the suite was "found", of course we agreed.I informed him in advance that I was going with my pregnant wife. Upon arrival, we found a lack of hot water.I immediately informed the administrator, she said she would turn it on.Unfortunately, we did not get water, it was very late and we went to bed without washing.The water did not appear until morning, as we did not see any other guests, but we lived in the "suite".
Just before we left, we again pointed out the lack of warm water, to which the administrator began to argue with us that there was water!
The situation turned out to be not very clear, for what reason the hotel management, having problems with water supply, charges the full price for the room?! No apologies or compensation were offered.
I am extremely upset by the choice of this hotel!
We didn't want anything supernatural, but with this approach to the service, negative ratings from others will continue to appear here.

We stayed in a suite on the 2nd floor.
Slight discontent was caused by the unavailability of the room by the time we checked in, but the hotel administration compensated by extending the time the next day, which left only positive emotions.😊

Excellent hotel for your money) the administrator Sofia treated us like old friends, welcomed us cordially and with all her heart, tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you very much! Not a bad breakfast. It was a little cool in the room, there were no slippers, a set of towels and hygiene products in the room for two were somehow in one copy. The hotel is located at the entrance of the city, parking in the courtyard of the hotel, the staff is courteous, polite. The rooms are clean, bright, one minute is small, the central heating was turned off upon arrival, but we were given extra blankets. I recommend.
