We had such a lovely stay at the hotel where you definitely feel like home. You will be offered fresh products for breakfast. Tamara the host, who is also the owner of the hotel is super friendly and very helpful. She was ready to help us instantly with whatever we needed. The location is very quiet and a short walk will take you to the nearby metro station. Around the metro station, you can also find supermarkets, pharmacies, etc…The rooms are clean & convenient. A cute budget friendly hotel. Very suitable for family stays, couples and solo travelers also. Highly recommended.

This is my second time staying at this family hotel. The hotel is homely and cozy, located on a quiet street near the metro. The hostess of the hotel is very pleasant and friendly, responds to all requests. The breakfasts are always hearty, varied and delicious 😋😋😋

We rested in the guest house "For you" with the whole family in a spacious and clean room on the 2nd floor. A beautiful and quiet place near the metro. Very close by is the local cheap market with fruits and vegetables, which is open until the evening. We took a room with breakfast and did not regret it: everything is delicious, varied and very satisfying. The hostess Tamara is a lovely young woman, a good adviser, a kind and sympathetic person. I really liked it, I definitely recommend it!

A very cozy place. It's more like an apartment than a hotel, but it doesn't change the essence. Clear. Quietly. We had a condition - a smoking area. So we had a huge terrace covered with grapes, where we spent most of the time when we were at the hotel. The most pleasant hostess is Tamara. I showed everything in advance, told everything, and booked it. We are satisfied and already advise our friends to stay with Tamara.

The hotel (or rather, the guest house) “For you” is an absolutely wonderful place!
1. It is located in the upper town on a quiet street where birds sing in the morning, and 200 meters away there is a lively square where everything is - metro, market, shops, ATMs, from where or where the cool very Yerevan Komitas Avenue with a bunch of restaurants and establishments for every taste leads.
2. The hotel itself is very nice and clean, rooms for every taste, the price tag is adequate, a huge plus is a large terrace covered with grapes, where you can hang out, sunbathe, and work ... there is a barbecue in the garden, that is, you feel like in your favorite country house)
3. If you decide to have breakfast at the hotel, you will not regret it, there is not a buffet, but an abundance, variety and even homemade sweets are provided for you)
4. But the main charm and asset of this guest house is its wonderful hostess Tamara, a young charming woman who loves her job and every guest)
It was enough for me not to ask, but just to think of something, how it was magically fulfilled)
And what kind of coffee does she make... mmmm
In short, I definitely recommend this accommodation option in my beloved Yerevan, and next time only here!

It's all good. It's not intrusive, it's very important to me. We came to take the international English language exam. This place is perfect. It is a 3-4-minute walk from the guest house to the exam center.
Quiet, easy. Near the metro(2 min walk), Republic Square is 2 stops away.

I can say the main thing, I will not visit other places in Yerevan. Only Tamara's! It is not expensive, clean, tidy, excellent breakfasts, close to the metro, which takes you to the center in three stops.
The hotel itself is in a quiet location, I really liked the terrace.
