A good hotel almost in the heart of the old town. The prices are adequate. The hostess is very hospitable and ready to help with any questions. We checked in late at night, everything went quickly and without questions. Only the basic glasses in the room were missing, everything else corresponded to the photos and expectations

The location is good, close to the center, while in a quiet side street without crowds and noise. The hosts and administrators are excellent, it was very nice to stay with them. There is parking in the courtyard. The interior is interesting, the furniture and linen are clean, but tired. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the 2nd and 3rd floor, you need to keep in mind. Unsportsmanlike will not do :)
In general, it is a hospitable, comfortable and comfortable place, if there are no requirements, as for luxury hotels.

A nice place and a nice host. The only thing that we were unlucky and if we opened the balcony, we were on view of the entire courtyard. It was not convenient. It's hot, I want to go naked in the room.

Outdated furniture, mattresses, pillows are all very tired, the breakfast is so-so, tweak the service a little and it will be cool, because the place and the atmosphere are wonderful

Heyvany is a small and cozy hotel in a fairly quiet area of the city, but within walking distance to the central historical sights of the city: it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the Avlabari metro station, and from there it is just a stone's throw to the center, only cross the bridge over the Kura.
I would like to note the cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the fact that the rooms have everything you need: from washing accessories to individual slippers (in addition, there are
air conditioning, TV and other little things of life in the rooms).
A spiral staircase leads to the second floor of the hotel, there is no elevator.
The WiFi signal is excellent throughout (in the building and in the garden).
Parking is free on site, but it is necessary to coordinate this option at the time of booking.
The hotel also has a comfortable terrace-type seating area with tables and sofas outdoors (under a capital canopy, with electric lighting and sockets). Breakfast is served separately in the dining room.
It should be noted that the hotel staff is more than attentive and hospitable - this is one of the main advantages of the Heyvany hotel! If you have any questions or requests, you can always contact the administrator and they will immediately try to help you.
