A decent hotel, clean, standard room has everything you need for a stay. The hotel is located in the center of Tbilisi, walking distance to attractions, metro, shops. Affordable price, courteous staff, the spirit of the theater (the hotel is located in the theater!!!), nearby municipal Parking, where the hotel guests get a discount (the participation of the hotel staff is required). The lack of an elevator and breakfast is a bit upsetting, although you can have breakfast in the neighboring cafes, there are a lot of them in the center and many of them work in the morning.

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff.
It is located in the very center of the city. Near the metro and a shopping center where there are very tasty pastries. We took a room for 2 with two separate beds (Picasso). The room is very clean and cozy. The temperature can be set independently, the window opens (as we found out at the end, we thought not, so you can ventilate). Room cleaning before 12 o'clock, which the staff warns in advance. In order for the room to be cleaned, you just need to hang the appropriate sign.
The beds are comfortable, the bed linen is exceptionally white. The price/quality ratio is super. The room also has its own refrigerator and kettle.

A very interesting hotel located on the territory of the Georgian theater, next to the Griboyedov Theater. A very convenient location in the very center of the city on Freedom Square. We had a cozy, spacious junior suite, clean, comfortable.. The staff is polite and friendly. Special thanks to Levan for the hospitality and a small concert. I thank the owner of this cozy hotel, who personally escorted us to the taxi and helped with our luggage. If possible, we will come to you again, thank you!!

If you have come to actively spend time during the day and relax at night, then this is clearly not the place for you. My first night was relatively calm, only there was a terrible smell of smoking at night, probably the smell of gel through the ventilation into the room. And everyone went out to smoke under the windows of the hotel (the area in front of the theater). But what happened from the evening and almost Until the morning on the second night is called trash… Returning from a long walk at 22.00 in the lobby of the tetra, I saw a huge number of people. Everyone was having fun, shouting, singing, dancing!!! By 23.00, a subwoofer was brought outside, and the fun continued. By midnight, I went downstairs (by the way, I had to get up at six in the morning, I had to go to Batumi on the eight o'clock train). So, to my question, how long will this fun be, I want to relax, the representative of the hotel looked at me so surprised and said that the theater workers were having fun and he had nothing to do with it!!! But I paid money for accommodation in slightly different conditions!? I was told that I could go to sleep in a room on the third floor (mine was located on the second floor right above the holiday. On the third floor it was somewhat quieter, but people went outside shouting and shouting songs and it was heard both on the second and on the third floor. It lasted until the beginning of the third night! Naturally, I fell asleep at three o'clock in a bad dream) I arrived in Batumi all broken up, I had no strength to actively relax!!! I would like to contact the management of the hotel.... Gentlemen, you stole a night of rest from me, you stole the next day of rest from me, you have no conscience!You knew about such events in advance, it was simply necessary to warn tourists about the upcoming night festival. I would have chosen a different hotel!!!I was in this "hotel" from 30-01.04.24. The location of the hotel is right next to the metro and Rustaveli Street (in the square in the courtyard) the entrance is through the foyer of the theater. That is, the theater is located on the ground floor, the hotel rooms are on the second and third floors, on the theater. The room is quite spacious and clean. The smell of smoking is impossible, even if you plug your nose. The room on the third floor was much warmer than on the second. There is no air conditioning.
