A very big plus is the location, gorgeous views from the terrace. A new and beautiful hotel. Everything is fine, except for the attitude of the management towards the guests.
There is no kettle or refrigerator in the room. When checking in, I had to ask for a second set of towels, as well as toilet paper.
The most surprising thing was the broken shower and the lack of soap, shampoo and shower gel in a disposable package.. It's all there, even in the most inexpensive hotels in the outback - it's a sign of respect for the guests. There is just a curve of the bank of the most business soap((
In the so-called cafe, when you want to come, take the menu and order food, you can't do that. We need to call the cook to ask him if he can cook, and then tomorrow. We stayed at the Myadel hotel with my husband for a week, there is something to write for fans of objective reviews. The two-room room is very cozy, no bright colors, everything is in calm tones, towels for two are 6 pieces, snow-white and very clean, the bed linen is spotless. The bathroom is clean, equipped with toilet paper, a brush and an urn, which is important (and we have something to compare it with).
There is a TV with ZALA in the hall, in general there are enough channels, the locks in the rooms are electronic. There is a cooler with cold, hot water on the floor. The restaurant and bar are full of everything, yes, not everything is on the menu, but you will not stay hungry. There is enough food, everything that is available is cooked flawlessly, the prices are ridiculous. Someone in the reviews was dissatisfied, well, you got fat, for that kind of money, so that you could be fed what? 5 r breakfast, 10 set lunch. There are minor comments that I don't even want to write about, because we were cozy, comfortable, neither hot nor cold, the view of the lake is gorgeous. There is a cafe Single 200 meters away, the food is delicious, the prices are... Let's remember something and add it.

We checked into a room that had some nuances with amenities.My husband turned to the administrator, who solved all the problems after a couple of hours, and we were given another room with a gorgeous view of the embankment. The room has a sleeping place, a wardrobe with hangers, a table, a cabinet with drawers, a mini-refrigerator, a TV, a small table by the bed, a set of towels, liquid soap. I would like a hairdryer and a kettle, but these are my personal whims).Meals are not included in the room rate, but you can arrange for a boarding house immediately upon arrival, which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.The price is quite affordable.The food and dishes are for an amateur, I liked it, my husband did not like it very much. But everyone tastes different.The staff is polite and attentive. There are coolers on the floors, although there was no water there for the first two days, but then this problem was solved. The room is spacious, the mattress is comfortable, in the evening it is quiet and you can sleep with the windows open (there is no air conditioning in the room, as well as soap accessories). We took breakfast, but we liked the set lunch many times more. The staff is friendly, there is a rental service, you can rent a bike. Good spacious parking. The beach area opposite the hotel was under reconstruction, but there was access to the water.

It was the fourth time we visited this hotel, and this time the impressions were negative. We were given a room located directly above the bar-restaurant, and until 24:00 in our room the music was so loud that it is difficult to convey. It turned out that on Saturdays there is a disco in the restaurant until 24. For us, such a night show was a complete surprise. After all, we did not come to the hotel located in the reserve in order to stay up until midnight, we wanted peace and quiet, but got a spoiled rest. At the same time, there were enough other rooms available in the hotel not above the restaurant, and why we were given such a noisy room is a mystery. Our request for a replacement number was rejected. As a result, our overnight stay at the Serguch Hotel turned into a nightmare.
I do not recommend visiting on Friday / Saturday, unless of course you are the same lover of night discos in the room.

Firstly, it is not clear why this is a complex. A hotel with nothing but rooms. Even the billiard room is closed. Secondly, the hotel complex provides a "room cleaning" service only on demand. That is, you have to hang a sign on the door handle, which is not in all rooms, and it is not a fact that someone will see it and your room will be cleaned. I can't say anything about changing towels and linen, no one entered our room during the six days of our stay. Food!!! This is the most interesting thing about this "complex". The site offers three food options: according to the ordered cafe menu (impossible because it is impossible), partial board (not provided because there are many guests), and finally board (breakfast, lunch and dinner). From this place in detail. The first two days were spent trying to set a time at which you can come and eat without waiting for an hour, but it was not possible. On the third day of unsuccessful attempts and waiting for an hour, a complaint was written, but it did not bring any tangible effect, because the quality and appearance depend as much as possible on the mood of the cook. One day you have a restaurant serving and a delicious dish, the other two are the worst nightmare of the "Soviet" canteen. The menu of the "pension" is missing (as unnecessary, since no one complained). The staff of the hotel itself is very friendly, the cafe is 50/50, there is no need to talk about cleanliness, there is not enough staff to maintain. The location of the hotel is excellent, the view of the lake is wonderful.

There was a cooler without water in the hallway. This option is suitable for a day or two, I do not recommend it for a long rest. We rested for 5 days in August 24 with a family of 3 people.
Positive:
1. The location is excellent, near the lake and the beach, beautiful view from the window, free Parking.
2. A set of towels in the room is sufficient (for three 9 pcs.)
3. The presence of coolers on the floors
Cons (there are many more):
1. The family room for 3-4 people is very small, cramped, you can't turn in the bathroom and especially in the shower cabin.
2. There are no toiletries, no hair dryer, only one roll of toilet paper and the cheapest liquid soap in a suspicious bottle.
3. There is no dryer, there is nowhere to dry towels after the beach.
4. There is no air conditioner. In the August heat, it's still a test.
5. The apotheosis of my indignation is the absence of a refrigerator!!! Even in the cheapest hostels, guests are provided with a refrigerator. The reception said that it is only available in the suites. There is not even a common floor. Despite the fact that there is a lot of tension with catering in the hotel and in the city as a whole, we racked our brains every day what to buy from food so that it would not spoil in the heat. Shame on the administration, it's the 21st century!!! At the same time, there is a memo for guests in the rooms, where it is clearly written that ALL rooms are equipped with refrigerators.
6. Kettle, iron, microwave - in the common room on the floor. At the same time, something is constantly missing, you have to run around all the floors, look for what you need.
7. There is simply no sound insulation. Half the night you listen to the noise behind the wall. And you hear every word.
8. Cleaning on demand. I didn't want anyone messing around in the room in our absence, I tried to find a cleaner to just wipe the floors in the room. I didn't find it. As a result, I found an inventory room, took a mop and washed it myself.
9. Dirt in the rooms. I moved the chair and found a pile of garbage under it, probably a year old.
10. A separate topic is the cafe in the hotel. We have not understood the principle of its operation. You can never just come and eat in it at all, although the sign says that the cafe is open from 12 to 23h. We tried 3 times - it's useless. It seems like there is a customized menu for the next day, but the order must be made between 15 and 19h., that is, exactly the time when everyone is on the beach. We ordered breakfast once (there is no choice of dishes). It's just tears: two tiny, thin slices of cheese, disgusting millet porridge and dumplings (for breakfast! Apparently, what was not finished yesterday)
Conclusion: you can survive, but you need to prepare yourself morally seriously.

Проживали с семьёй в данной гостинице в августе 2023г. Внутри и снаружи гостиница выглядит вполне прилично, номера с современным ремонтом. В номерах, где окна выходят на набережную, очень красивый вид. Много вопросов и замечаний по обслуживанию. Работал только один лифт, второй сломан и заставлен цветком, уборка номеров отсутствовала вообще(3 ночи проживания), паутина на балконе и большие пауки, завтрак маленькие порции, приготовление самих блюд оставляет желать лучшего (сухие блины и запеканка), только черный чай и сублимированный кофе, натурального нет вообще, кофе-машина не работает, в месте, где стояли кружки и чай грязно и не убрано. Возле гостиницы только один ресторан неподалеку, в самой гостинице бар и ресторан не работали.

Очень довольна проживанием в гостинице. Персонал очень доброжелательный, приветливый. Номера удобные, шикарный вид с балкона. В кафе кормят вкусно, разнообразно. Хорошая гостиница, у нас был семейный номер с 2-мя балконами, 2-мя двуспальными кроватями, гардеробной. Хороший вид с балкона на озеро. Вежливый персонал, вкусная еда. Озеро в шаговой доступности. Тихий район.
Из недочётов: номер рассчитан на 4-х, но стульев только два, стаканов тоже два.
Хорошее место для тихого неспешного отдыха.

Прежде всего место расположение комплекса лучшее. В номерах чисто светло и уютно. Лифт, кафе, кулер с водой в коридоре, огромный паркинг есть.
Конкретно в моем номере была сломана дверь на балкон (выйти на балкон было нельзя) надеюсь это единичный случай, но он есть.

Уютные небольшие номера,есть номер для людей с ограниченными возможностями, в кафе можно попробовать заказное меню. Цены очень демократичные. Прекрасное расположение, через дорогу городской пляж, также недалеко прогуляться по парку вдоль набережной. Остановились в этой гостинице, а сами объездили все близлежащие озера,в т.ч. Нарочь

Приятный отель. Размещение в люксе очень комфортное. Два балкона, гардеробная, большой санузел, Горячая вода была постоянно. Очень много Телепрограмм. Отзывчивый персонал. Кафе нам было не нужно, так как в планах путешествие по Белоруси. Обедали и ужинали в разных городах. Чаще в ресторане Уозера. Всё понравилось огромное спасибо за гостеприимство Белоруси.

Недавно посетили данную гостиницу со своей супругой, осталось хорошее впечатленье.
Хороший вид из окна, балкончик, свежий аккуратный ремонт, удобная кровать.
Расположен в очень красивой местности сама гостиница, рядом пляж городской - облагороженный, детская площадка, физкультурно-оздоровительный комплекс.
Магазины находятся радом, при необходимости уточнили их расположение у администратора, они в подробностях нам рассказали.
Имеется свой прокат велосипедов, к сожалению воспользоваться ими не могли так как был снег.
В кафе комплексные обеды есть по будням, подача выполнена с точностью до секунд, горячо и вкусно.
С утра позавтракали вкусным завтраком, подача яичница очень удивила в приятном смысле этого слова. Была подана в специальном блюде. По стоимости все устроил, недорого и вкусно.
В целом пребывание в гостиницы остались довольны.

Отдыхала от турагентства Amazing Day,переплатила конечно больше,чем в два раза...Но о самой гостинице: номера отличные,хороший ремонт,телевизор,интернет( на 5 этаже не работал),вид с балкона прекрасный на озеро. Немного не хватает чистоты,покрывала на кровати были совсем не первой свежести... Но в целом норм. Питание - советский союз. Порции небольшие,гречка,пюре,вареная курица, винегрет и т.п. Приходилось ждать долговато,пока подадут еду. Но обслуживающий персонал очень вежливый и старательный! Они молодцы! Проблема ,видимо,в нехватке персонала.
Территория вокруг бедненькая,сходить особо некуда,вода в озере грязноватая,плохо чистят берег,вся тина и водоросли лежат на краю.На пляже есть душ,лавочки,детская площадка. В целом неплохо для бюджетного отдыха,но только при самостоятельной брони номеров.

Комплекс хороший, построен недавно поэтому мебель и техника новая. Номера уютные с большим обзорным балконом. Внизу ресторан, есть велосипеды напрокат.
Только обратите внимание, что это не само озеро Нарочь на фоне, а другое, под названием Мястро. До Нарочи еще километров 25, на велосипеде.
А так всё супер🏖️😊

Номера довольно чистые и приятные, рядом озеро, в котором можно плавать, но слышимость, как будто стен нет вообще, также много вопросов к питанию. Рисовая каша и кусок вареной колбасы на ужин, а также салат из огурцов и укропа как минимум удивляет в отеле. Завтраки были не особо лучше. Помимо этого, как оказалось, в отеле летом проживают дети из спортивного лагеря, в количестве около ста человек, о чем как минимум стоит предупреждать, так как наличие стен все ещё под вопросом.

Хорошая гостиница. Практически на берегу большого озера. В номерах без излишеств, но всё красиво и в неплохом состоянии. Персонал приветливый, питание хорошее. В гостинице и на территории чисто. Можно подтягиваться к международному уровню.

Добрый день! Отдыхали с 24-26 июня. Отличное место , чистейший воздух, озеро, спортивный комплекс рядом . Прекрасный чистый номер с шикарным видом. Но есть вопросы . Почему не работает лифт ? Пешком на 5 этаж не находишься . Ну и главное разочарование это бар, который находится на 1 этаже в кафе . Я конечно понимаю , что был большой наплыв гостей , но закрывать дверь перед носом посетителей, которые попросили сделать кофе или ставить табличку « Технический перерыв» это уже перебор ! Или из заказанных 4 чашек кофе , сделать 3 и со словами - мне некогда , у меня банкет ,уйти 👍👏👏👏 неприятно! А в остальном всё очень понравилось !
