I booked a hotel online and paid for it. Arriving to check in, they said that our reservation arrived late and there were no rooms. They refused to settle in, offered to pay extra, the reservation is non-refundable. This is not a guest's problem in any way, how the Internet works at the hotel and so on. Do not mess with this hotel it is deceived
