We visited this hotel for the first time in 2019 . I liked everything. But when they arrived in 2024, they were disappointed. Basic things : an iron is paid 10€ per day , where has this been seen ??? I'm sorry, it should be in every room!!! There is no drinking water in the room , no hygiene supplies , no toilet brush , the buffet has deteriorated , in general , I do not recommend this hotel . There are a lot of people because of the discount on parks , because they bought the hotel

Conveniently located, wonderful hotel, good rooms, delicious varied cuisine, helpful staff: it was easy to communicate Anastasia was just great, Alex and Patricia were always smiling at the entrance to the restaurant. Thank you so much for the reception. I want to come for the fourth time. Tabeev Gennady.
