We liked everything. The room was clean. The breakfasts are delicious and satisfying. A la buffet) The price per room is quite reasonable. We were provided with free parking in the courtyard, which was a definite plus. The girls at the reception and at the rest are very friendly. We stayed in December 2024. If we go back to Uralsk, we will definitely stay with you)

The room is nice, good noise insulation, comfortable bed, but Wi-Fi does not work in the room. They said they would fix it today, we'll see. By the way, they offered to move to another room, it's a plus, but I've already unpacked my suitcase and I really don't want to move all this to another room.
Despite some kind of customer orientation, the staff most of all raises questions. They don't pay attention to you in the restaurant, she went to get the menu, waited a long time for my order to be accepted, she went to pay off. I did not like the food in the restaurant, the coffee is not delicious, the breakfasts are also for 3.
The receptionists at the reception, well, please be more friendly, well, they are not at all happy with the guests, there is already a desire to leave the hotel.

The hotel has its own small parking lot, and that's good.
Interesting interior decoration, granite/marble, as in Turkish hotels.
Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Clean, but nice cleaners need to be reminded that you live in a room.....)))
We arrived again, got into the same room, I thought they would read my review, make a conclusion, but no.
Long hair in towels, lying all over the floor, not nice.
The shower is torn off.
