We lived there in July 2017 and August 2018, during our holidays in Abkhazia, I recommend an excellent hotel and staff to everyone, the owners are very good and kind people.
Excellent and convenient location of the hotel, clean rooms, free on-site parking.

+ Magnificent view, large balcony, availability of dryers, refrigerator, air conditioning, lots of outlets. A TV with a bunch of channels. There are chairs and tables on the balcony, just like on the ground floor at the entrance, so even when the weather was bad, they did not sit in the room.
+ Close to the sea. In addition, you walk along a beautiful well-groomed alley, where there are no shops here and there and passing cars do not interfere (all this is on a parallel street a block away).
+ Regular replacement of towels and linen. In addition, they give out a sea of towels, which is a big plus, they last for a long time.
+ Insanely delicious Russian home cooking. A wonderful Russian cook. Large portions, as the cook told us, so she advised us to take 3 servings for four, and we had enough.
+ The presence of the generator was a pleasant surprise when the lights were turned off in the whole area, except for the "Sun Arda".
+ Attitude towards customers. It so happened that the injury sustained while paragliding spoiled the rest. The hostess showed concern, helped all the time. I was fussing about the transportation of things, and about the hospital, which, by the way, is not far away. All the staff are wonderful. Cleaning was carried out frequently and efficiently. And receiving a gift upon check-in and departure was also a healthy surprise.
The atmosphere in the hotel is full of comfort. I really want to go back there. There you feel real comfort and all the charm of relaxation.

We had a rest from January 3 to January 8 with my husband and friends with 2 children. We arrived earlier than the scheduled time, settled in immediately and were fed a delicious breakfast. Breakfasts in this hotel are generally a separate story - very tasty, homely, satisfying and varied. It is very pleasant that wine and tangerines were presented as a compliment upon check-in. There is a cooler in the cafe on the 1st floor, and you can always drink tea or coffee. The hotel is very cozy and modern, everything is done with high quality and taste, it is clear that you have invested your soul. The rooms are very comfortable, with high ceilings and a large bathroom, they have everything you need. Special thanks for the comfortable and high-quality mattresses and pillows. The room, as in the whole hotel, is perfectly clean. A huge plus of the room is a stunning large terrace with a wonderful view! Having dinner there is just a thrill! The location of the hotel is also very good. It is located on a street running parallel to the main avenue, so everything is nearby, but you can't hear the noise from the cars at all. There is a railway line nearby, but it does not cause discomfort - trains run very rarely, 3-4 times a day. 5-7 minutes walk to the sea along the wonderful new alley. The embankment in this area is new, clean and well-maintained. And another undoubted advantage of this hotel is its own generator. So there is light, water and good wi-fi at any time of the day. The owners of the hotel are just wonderful - they are always ready to help and answer any questions. In general, the hotel is wonderful, I recommend it!!!
