We came to Tbilisi for the first time and chose this hotel.It took me a long time to choose a hotel in this price category, and I read reviews .Overall, I liked the location, clean room, breakfast, courteous staff.The street where it is located is quiet and slightly on a hill , we got to the hotel on foot late at night, in general it's okay About the cons :usually in hotels on a birthday there is always a sign of attention to the guest, a small compliment, let's say it's always nice, but here on my birthday, there was nothing and we were 20 minutes late for breakfast, but they didn't feed us, like a little thing, but most likely we won't stay here anymore. There was no view from the window, there was some kind of wall, the refrigerator was making a lot of noise, it was impossible to sleep, I had to turn it off.

The University Inn Hotel, Tbilisi. From 04/13.25 to 04/16.25. I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff Before checking in, they were wary that the hotel was located on an elevation, and it was necessary to climb uphill. What was the surprise when the "mountain" turned out to be an "ant"😆😆😆 We were greeted very warmly at the hotel, taking into account the wishes about the low floor. Since we were together with my mom, and she was older. There is no elevator, the stairs are steep, and the disadvantages are completely over. The room is large, excellent beds, clean linen, perfect cleanliness. By the way, the sweetest maid cleaned the room every day, made the bed. And on the Day of Love, there was a vase of tulips on the table. I would also like to mention the work of the administrators. Both tried to do their best for our excellent stay, not only at the hotel, but also with advice in Tbilisi. And the breakfasts are delicious and sufficient, they were prepared by a smiling, pretty female chef. Thanks to the hotel, we recommend it to everyone

A wonderful hotel!!! Fresh, modern renovation in the same color scheme, inexpensive price, daily cleaning with water replenishment, change of towels. The breakfast buffet from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. is delicious! The bathroom is unexpectedly very large. The old town is 1.5-2 km away. I'm glad I chose this place!
