The hotel is beautiful the rooms are very comfortable there is an air conditioner that refreshes the room there is a restaurant where good food is taught the hostess of the hotel is very hospitable and her price confirms I recommend

Like it:
1. The price is 15,000 tenge per day
2. Location in the center, close to everything you need
3. Staff: polite
4. Cleanliness: daily cleaning
5. Climate, very well heated in winter
6. Food: very tasty pizza and inexpensive beer
What can be improved:
1. The Internet on the second floor is weak, I had to go downstairs for calls
2. There is no sound insulation - you can hear all the conversations of the neighbors to a single word
