Two employees are working, firstly very slowly, there are a lot of people, and they are looking at the phone and looking for how drinks are made correctly and running shouting at the whole establishment of another employee. We stood in line twice, the first time we left because they put a break sign in front of our noses, the second time we didn't wait for our order (seasonal ice raffaello) since it is not available. I understand everything, there are technical problems, but you can also remove the sign advertising this drink so that you don't just stand in line twice for 20 minutes for a drink that doesn't exist.
