Coffee, as in all hotfixes, for this price is just super, I think. The staff is always polite and friendly, fast service, I haven't taken pastries there for a long time. A large selection of syrups, they have now become paid, but still cheap. For a large Raf with syrup, I gave it around 3.50, and it's delicious! It's better than in a coffee shop in my neighborhood for the same 5 rubles, but it wasn't even Raf, but coffee with milk and something strange instead of syrup. In short, if there is a hotfix nearby, I will definitely come in!

1. Please resolve the issue with espresso tonic. If I don't come, he's gone all the time.
2. In general, there is always something missing, you have to look for the desired drink in other places.
3. There are huge queues in the evenings and only one barista works, who obviously physically cannot quickly serve such a long queue. And after standing in line for 20 minutes, you will find out that your drink is not there)
It is clear that everything will not be perfect for such a price, but often because of these disadvantages you have to make a choice in favor of more expensive places.

I happened to be there yesterday. The workload of the coffee shop is huge, considering that 25 days off and there are a lot of people. There was only one employee at the service. There are no complaints about the employee, she did her job efficiently, quickly and politely. But one employee does not have time to clean the tables, which have a huge amount of crumbs, smeared dirt on black glass, and so on. It would be possible to add one person to this point due to such workload

Impolite service.
I work in the service sector myself and I know what I'm talking about. I came with a purpose .to order raf, but the guys didn't have milk, they offered me to take ice drinks, listed them, I decided to take ice Americano with the addition of caramel syrup. As a result, they give me a hot drink, and to my question "why is it hot", they told me that I ordered it, I answered that there was no such thing, but they told me: "I asked you again about Americano with caramel syrup, and you said yes."
I didn't argue, but I didn't take the coffee either. 3 rubles to nowhere. You see, if we are talking about the category of cold drinks at once, then it makes sense to make hot.

Two girls were working. One is for the cashier and barista, the other is cleaning.
In front of me in the queue, a man was incorrectly punched a Donation, he asked me to punch the right one. But both girls stood in a stupor, as if they had never met with returns.
🚩It came to the order. The girls were talking quite loudly, not immediately paying attention. Part of the queue dispersed looking at it.
The barista put on a grinding horn, went to jump and neigh to a colleague. When she finished chewing the Donut, she continued to work. The milk was beaten badly. The coffee came out too hot.
The counter is a complete mess: the lids are mixed, sugar is in each compartment, there are no tubes. When they asked for a tube, the girl just stood up and howled, otherwise you can't say. "Thank you, I don't need a tube," to which the girl shouted: "HOW IS IT NOT NECESSARY?" But none of the workers moved from their place to replenish the rack.
Terrible service. I didn't want to spoil the mood of the girls at the end of the shift and ask for a KZiP, although it would be worth it.

As for me, the entire Hotfix network has deteriorated compared to what it was before. The prices for desserts are not very encouraging either. In the end, it's better to change the assortment and sell it cheaper or a normal piece, and not, as it is now, a 3x3cm piece for 4 rubles. Somehow it's not interesting at all)))
Well, in general, if we talk about this place, then in general it's not bad, coffee is like coffee. Sitting down to relax, chatting with friends is not an option, there is a passageway, the chairs are partially broken and therefore not comfortable and always dirty. But at the same time, coffee is still pleasing in price and taste, peppercino in general 🔥

I bought an ice cappuccino with almond syrup. I can't tell you what he was like... bitter, it also felt like only milk and water; I drank in general through force, I did not want to throw money in the trash.
