We rented a room for 3 days. My wife and I were satisfied, a large room, a clean bed and all the necessary items. polite staff also has breakfast. located in a quiet place, the most important thing is inexpensive, I recommend it 👍🏻

Pros - the room is large, in principle, for the price for which we booked - 16.5 dollars per day - normal. The street is pretty quiet, we got a good night's sleep. Not far from the airport.
The city center is 4-5 kilometers away, the metro is far from the hotel, according to Google maps.
On the downside, the TV wasn't working, and there was Wi-Fi, but the room was very unstable. It catches beautifully in the courtyard of the hotel. On the booking, the room description lists a refrigerator, but it is not there. We were allowed to use the shared fridge in the kitchen. The duvet cover was not changed, they said, it was immediately replaced. There is soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes. But we had one brush that was used. Be careful, it may happen.
The breakfasts are regular. One day there was semolina porridge. And so - baking mainly and slicing of cheese and sausage. But everything is delicious. The eggs were boiled. You can take as much bottled water as you want.
We stayed for 2 nights. A good hotel, the price per room is quite adequate. Payment for the room is in cash only.

A small, cozy hotel!We had a deluxe room with a balcony!
Clean, cozy, big bed with snow-white linen.The bathroom has everything you need, even disposable toothbrushes.There is a kettle and a fridge in the room.
The breakfasts were simple, but we weren't hungry.There is a cafe near the hotel where pilaf, kebabs, etc. are very tasty.I recommend you to stay.

I recently stayed at the Art House Hotel, and my impressions were extremely positive! From the very moment of arrival, I was struck by the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They were attentive to every detail and always ready to help.
The rooms at the hotel are decorated with impeccable taste, creating an atmosphere of coziness and comfort. Every morning started with a great breakfast, which was pleasantly pleased with the variety and quality of the dishes.
The location of the hotel is also a big plus — it is located in the heart of the city, which makes it easy to reach the main attractions.
In general, the Art House was a real discovery for me. I will definitely come back here again and recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for quality service and a cozy atmosphere!

The location of the hotel is normal. It is important that check-in starts at 2 p.m. And you can't count on it sooner. Well, maybe only for half an hour. It doesn't matter to anyone, but we've been waiting since 7 a.m., unwashed, sleepless, etc., until 1:45 p.m.
On the plus side: Relatively close to the metro, a shop 180 meters away, a bank nearby. Breakfast buffet. There is something to eat.
The room is clean, but it smells damp. The staff are friendly young people. Except for the fact that for a temporary registration for a trip to the mountains, one of the employees wanted to earn money. And he set a price of $5 per person for this 1-minute task, and for free.
Well, we have drawn conclusions, of course!

To be honest, I honestly don't understand who all these people are who give high ratings and write positive reviews about this "hotel".
When choosing it, we were guided by a large number of reviews and a high rating on booking / on Yandex. But only when we arrived at the "hotel" itself, we were in for a big disappointment.
1. The mattresses in the rooms are so hard and uncomfortable that it is simply impossible to sleep on them.
2. The sound insulation is just at zero. You can hear all the conversations, walking, traffic on the street, etc.
3. The windows are not sealed. Everything blows through them. By morning, the temperature in the room was almost the same as outside.
4. The air conditioner is not working. More precisely, it turns on, but it doesn't actually perform its main function.
5. The hair dryer in the room was broken. My wife had to go to another room to dry her head.
6. The sockets in the room were almost falling off.
7. Inside the room, including in the bathroom, it was dirty, there was scum in the kettle. It is clear that the curtains and tulle have not been washed for a long time.
8. Breakfast deserves special attention. What they give there is, in principle, very difficult to call food. The so-called breakfast is organized on the outdoor veranda, which is also cold and dirty. The chairs there are almost black, as if someone walked on them.
Thus, I highly do not recommend this "hotel", just as I do not recommend believing the positive reviews about this "hotel" left on the booking page in Yandex. It is better to pay a little more, but at the same time live in comfortable human conditions.

I didn't like it. The chares plastic payment acceptance terminal is not working. You have to ask for remote controls from the TV and the radio, and as a result, we never got it from the TV. Not all rooms have a view of the courtyard. Ours had no windows facing the street at all. There are three beds in the room and only one pair of slippers. Well, the bathroom is more like a treatment room or an examination room in a district polyclinic. I'm not ready to recommend it

Good price-quality ratio, do not forget to add a tourist fee. The room is clean, although not the one that was on the website when you bought it. Quiet, peaceful area, near the market where they make delicious manti and pomegranate fresh.
Special thanks for the breakfasts, delicious, varied, satisfying. There is also a kettle and a microwave in the shared kitchen, if necessary. Water in any quantity, the staff is friendly. Of the minuses, there is very weak Internet in the room and a hard mattress. For this, minus one star.

The hotel is quite nice) Its own patio, atmospheric. The room is standard, not luxury, but I didn't expect much. The staff is good, they fulfilled all requests.

Be careful, the photo does not correspond to reality. We arrived late at night, warned in advance that we were with a child and needed a cot. They promised to give it to us and said they would make a discount for such a late check-in (at 4 am)
As a result, we were not given a crib, the discount was knocked out. The rooms are dirty, there are stains on the carpet, the air conditioner does not work well, almost no heat. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!!! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.
1. The photos on the island and the booking are old, they do not correspond to reality.
2. Breakfast is mediocre - belyashi without meat, eggshells in pancakes.
3. During the 3 nights that we stayed at the hotel, the room was never cleaned.
4. We looked at 3 rooms when we checked in: a terrible smell, dirty carpet on the floor, shower without a curtain, drawers in bedside tables without a bottom, dirty white walls, dust, old leaky bed linen, sheets in holes.
5. Both card payment terminals are not working.
6. The pool is dirty and shabby.
I give one star to the charming cat, the hotel is zero.

Terrible hotel! Very dirty! The photo does not correspond to reality. Dirty curtains, as if snot was wiped in them, dirty carpet, washed sheets and towels. The kettle is all scum, the water is white from there. It's the same at breakfast.
The Internet is very weak.
The biggest disadvantage is cleanliness! It's not very hygienic here in e. There is a terrible smell of mold in the bathtub.

Очень уютный отель. Приятная домашняя атмосфера, за которую отдельное спасибо владельцу отеля. Бассейн очень кстати в летний зной. А вечерами все постояльцы собираются во внутреннем дворике за совместными беседами. Чисто, аккуратно, уютно! Буду всем рекомендовать это место для остановки в Ташкенте. В шаговой доступности рыночек, банки, рестораны, парки.
