A man who has done so much for Georgia and for Russia deserves to have his house become a museum. Chavchavadze is a legend, a creator, an educated, broad-minded man,
I'm surprised at the negative comments: some people didn't see the house as the Louvre, while others weren't allowed to take photos.... It's just a house! And they go to museums not to replenish Instagram or Tiktok, but to replenish their heads))
We liked everything. It was on May 4 at 14:00. A meaningful tour. The guide gave exhaustive explanations to all the questions, even those that were very far from the main topic.
The park has a very well-maintained territory: lawns, trees in perfect condition. Thank you.
PS There are a lot of dogs in Georgia. This is not news. People are kind to them, so the animals are not aggressive and are not afraid of people. But the dogs at the entrance to the museum are sooooo thin. Skeletonized is simple. To the point of tears. We went to the market and bought them sausages. Feed them, please. Or set up, for example, vending machines for food, as in many foreign countries. I am sure that the visitors will definitely respond and will buy food. Whether we like it or not, dogs are part of the ecosystem. Once we tamed them ourselves, and they repay us with their loyalty.

A very interesting, historical place. We got there on June 20th on graduation day. There are a lot of young people. Mostly in the park. We talked to an employee at the museum house, and she practically gave us an interesting tour. The visit left an indelible impression.

I recommend this place to visit. The entrance ticket is only for the tour, maybe the entrance to the park is free, but this is not certain. It's not a long tour, but it's on business. The only thing that disappointed me was that the guide made it clear that the Chavchavadze family was important to the country, but she did not tell me what. An interesting story is connected with Griboyedov. As a continuation, you can visit the Pantheon on the Holy Mountain in Tbilisi. What struck me was the Tsinandali Park and factory.
