It is located near the center. There are plenty of parking spaces nearby on weekends. Externally, the building is modest, but the location is picturesque, next to a reservoir. The ticket price is 8p for 2025. There are souvenirs on sale. The museum dedicates you to the history of the late 19th century, the time of the growth of the city of Minsk and its structure. Very little has been said about the 1st congress itself. There is an audio guide that is used using a mobile phone, but not all expositions are equipped with a guide at the time of the visit. The museum itself occupies only half of the building inside, and that is on the ground floor. The interior is neat, the ceiling is made of planks, it creaks when people walk from above, it's interesting). The museum needs to be filled with material, this topic should be fascinating, it needs to be promoted!

As far as I know, the first congress of Russian party colleagues was held here. And since 2013, several high-ranking Communists have visited the House-Museum at once - the prime ministers of Vietnam, China and Cambodia and a member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Also, reproductions of photographs from the late 19th and 20th centuries can be traced to how Minsk was changing...If you like to visit museums, I definitely recommend it.

The museum itself is not big, but it is very interesting, and the entrance cost a penny. We were with the school camp🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ ticket prices from the ceiling: the exhibition is 3p per child. Quest game-2p. Why is there such a difference?????What kind of exhibition is this???!!!!! No one showed or told anything: a tiny stuffy room with several tables on which boxes with games (puzzles, backgammon, chess)+table hockey and football. It's all there at home!!!! Microscopes with nothing in them! Showcases with some T-shirts. At least someone would explain how to play some games, what kind of jerseys they are, whose they are... The madam at the checkout is nervous. What has the museum been turned into?! Shame on you!!!!
